The people who trained, would become monster hunters, and would hunt the monsters, and bring them to what was called 'the holding house' where they would be sold as slaves to the rich, the type of slave depending what breed of monsters, and the price depending on how wanted or rare the specific monster was.
as a counter, the monsters created the counsel, where one person of each breed of monsters would be in charge, which made all of them be at the top of their ranks
they were made as to protect monsters from the shadows, but the counsel soon became corrupted with power, and abused it and left the lower class to starve and die, so now, all monsters fight to take that power, either for themselves, or for others.
soon the counsel became the most wanted monsters to humans, but 50 years later, one person became most wanted to both monsters, and humans, even becoming more wanted then the counsel
