๑Chapter 19: Lessons for a Masters๑

❁(Y/n)'s POV❁

(Y/n): "198, 199, and.... 200! 200 hundred of hunters around the city. Or is it less?"

Nobody responded since they were sweating as well as I am. The sun was too strong. Well, I think it's the sun, and we haven't even ate.

(Y/n): "No? Okay..."

A shadow figure flies above us. It looked like a bird.

Kai: "I hope that's your falcon, Zane."

Zane: "My receptors pick up that it is an avian scavenger, a harbinger of our approaching demise."

I looked up and saw two birds flying around us in circles.

Faith: "It's a Bonepicker. And Zane is right."

Jay: "Why does Zane always have to be right? Can't it just be enough that we're tied to giant poles in the middle of the desert? And don't forget Wu is being held hostage, forced to steal Iron Barron the Dragon Armor so that he can become invincible! Can't that be enough?"

(Y/n): "Thanks for reminding us, Jay."

One of the Bonepicker lands next to Cole.

Cole: "Shoo! Don't come to me! Shoo!"

The Bonepicker flies away from him. We were all tired.

Kai: "Look. Something is going on..."

We looked over and it looks like the hunters were fighting about something.

Jay: "Probably arguing which one of us to eat first."

Faith: "Dragon Hunters do not eat people."

Jay: "Well, that's good to know, Faith. So it isn't all bad."

Kai: "This is our chance. While they're distracted, let's see if we can get these poles rocking."

He started to move his body around while we watched him with confusion.

Kai: "By rocking our bodies from side to side."

Cole: "Yeah, I'm not doing that."

Zane: "That won't be helpful."

Kai: "Guys, come on! Teamwork. If we all do it together..."

We all started to move our bodies around and I tell you not, it looked weird.

Faith: "I hope the Son of the Spinjitzu Master figures something out. Because this is ridiculous."

(Y/n): "It's better than nothing."

Faith sighs and joins us. A few minutes later, the towers began to move. Kai's plan was starting to work. We all continued to move as the hunters continued to argue.

All: "Teamwork. Teamwork. Teamwork..."

Kai: "It's working guys. Just a little more."
