Quirk Type: Emitter
Primary Ability: By touching somebody with all five fingers the user can adjust somebody or something's gravity, making them unable to move on any surface other than the chosen one, Similarly instead of sticking them to any given surface the user can simply slam them into the wall or ceiling.
>> Secondary Ability: This quirk gives a person the ability to climb on any surface as long as they use their hands or feet including normally unclimbable surfaces such as a ceiling.
Other Information:It is possible to delay the gravity effect for a maximum delay of one minute, Therefore it is possible to affect a given person or object multiple times in the one minute timeframe. This means you can theoretically slam people rapidly into the walls repeatedly.
