Chapter 21

A couple of days has past and today was the day before prom. I woke up excited because I got to go shopping for my dress today with the girls and Eddie got to go with the boys. I jumped out of bed and ran around the house getting ready for school. Eddie got out of bed hearing me running around.
Eddie: Y/n?
I ran up to him with a wide smile.
Y/n: Yesssss?
Eddie looked round the living room and kitchen.
Eddie: Wow, It's so clean.
Y/n: I couldn't sleep last night.
Eddie: So you cleaned the entire trailer?
Y/n: Except your room.
Eddie: Our room.
Y/n: Alright our room.
Eddie pulled me in for a hug.
Eddie: You know what?
Y/n: What?
Eddie: We haven smoke weed any weed in forever!
Y/n: And that's a bad thing?
Eddie: Yeah, We need to have our peaceful bliss!
Y/n: I have my peaceful bliss when I look at you.
Eddie: I'm your weed?
Y/n: strangely yeah!
Eddie smiles and pulled me in for a kiss.
Y/n: Edward, You need to get ready for school!
Eddie smirked at me and started to get ready for school.

Time skip to after school:
School was finally over and me, Robin, Max, And Nancy were all getting our prom clothes. I found a pretty red dress that fit my body perfectly and showed all my curves very well. It had pretty sparkles on the bodice and had spaghetti strips. I also got one of those fluffy things that you put around you with some red heels. Max got a plain blue dress that was super pretty on her. Robin got a fabulous suit and Nancy got a pretty purple dress. We got our clothes and went to scoops ahoy.
Joseph: Ahoy there what can I get you ladies today?
We ordered our ice cream and sat down.
Robin: He kind of looked like Eddie.
Y/n: I know right, Anyway sense me and Eddie live together can I change at one of y'all houses?
Nancy: You can change at mine and we can all meet there before the boys pick us up.
Y/n: Awesome, Thanks!
Max: I'll tell them we are meeting there later.
Y/n: Great, So everything is ready?
Nancy: Yep!
Our ice cream was ready so we all ate it celebrating that we were done prom shopping. We finished our ice cream and we all went back home. I went back to the trailer and hide my clothes so Eddie would've find it.

Time skip to the next day:
Today was prom day!! I was so excited. I took a shower and threw some random cozy clothes on.
Y/n: I'm going to go to Nancy's place to change into my prom dress, I'll see you later love!
Eddie: I can't wait to see how beautiful you will look in your dress.
Y/n: I want wait to see how handsome you will look in your suit.
I kissed Eddie and left to go to Nancy's house.

When I got there all the girls were already there and dressed.
Y/n: Wow, Y'all all look great!
Robin: Let's get you dressed and ready now!
Nancy and Robin did my makeup and my hair. I got into my dress and put the fluffy thing around my shoulders. I slipped my shoes on and finally put some jewelry on.
Robin: Woah!
Max: You look beautiful!
Nancy: I think we did a great job!
I looked in the mirror and my face immediately lit up, I never felt so beautiful before.
Y/n: Thank yall so much!
Nancy: No problem, We loved helping you!
Max: Yeah what she said.
I smiled at them and then the door bell rang. I put some perfume on and tried to go downstairs before max stopped me.
Max: Wait, You have to make a grand entrance, Come down when I say so.
Y/n: Okay!
Max ran downstairs and I waited a couple of minutes before she finally yelled for me to come downstairs.
Max: Y/N, YOU CAN COME DOWNSTAIRS NOW!
I walked out of the room and started walking downstairs. I seen Eddie and a smile immediately grew on my face. He was wearing a classic black tux with his hair down, He looked so good. I got down the stairs and walked up to Eddie. I seen tears in his eyes.
Y/n: Are you crying?
Eddie: Maybe...
I laughed and hugged him.
Y/n: You look very handsome!
Eddie: Thank you princess, You look very, Very beautiful yourself.
Steve: Alright let's go to prom!!
Everyone was cheering and getting into Eddie's van.

When we arrived me and Eddie split from everyone else and headed into the gym. When we walked into the gym everyone stopped and stared at us. I held on to Eddie's hand tighter as I was a little anxious.
Eddie: It's okay princess, We are going to have a blast here!
I smiled at Eddie and dragged him to the dance floor. We started dancing like no one was watching. I was having a great time with him and soon they started playing slow songs.
Eddie: May I have this dance? He said bowing.
Y/n: You may kind gentleman.
I grabbed Eddie's hand and we started slow dancing. I seen dustin on the side without a date and felt bad for him.
Y/n: Dustin looks sad, Do you mind if I dance with him?
Eddie: No, I don't mind.
I slowly let go of Eddie and made my way to Dustin.
Y/n: Hey Dustin, Why are you alone?
I seen tears in Dustin's eyes.
Dustin: No one ever wants to dance with me.
Y/n: I couldn't imagine why, Your so handsome and a great dancer.
Dustin: Why are you not dancing with Eddie?
Y/n: I wanted to dance with you.
Dustin whipped his tears and looked up at me.
Dustin: Really?
Y/n: Of course, Would you like to dance with me Dustin?
Dustin's face lit up.
Dustin: I would love to dance with the prettiest girl here!
I laughed and held my hand out to him. He grabbed my hand and we went to dance. I made eye contact with Eddie every now and then and seen he was admiring me. After the song ended Dustin went to go hangout with Mike, Lucas, and Max while I went back to Eddie.
Eddie: You are so perfect.
I giggled and kissed him on the cheek leaving a red lipstick mark.
Y/n: Opps, Do you want me to wash that off?
Eddie: No, I like it!
I laughed as we continued dancing. Eddie pulled me close to him and held on to my waist tightly. We stared into each other's eyes for a while. The way the light perfectly hit his face, His hair fell so neatly and how his eyes sparkled in the light. I was in a trance but this time it wasn't a bad one. Soon enough it felt like we were the only ones there, It felt magical. We both held onto each other tight and I seen my entire future with him in it. I seen us getting married and having kids, I seen us going though everything together and a single tear fell from my eye.
Eddie: Why are you crying?
Y/n: I'm just so happy.
Eddie smiled at me and pulled me in for a hug. When the song was over I was thirsty.
Y/n: Eddie can we get some punch?
Eddie: Sure, I'll go get you some.
Y/n: Okay, Thank you.
Eddie left to get some punch while I waited with Dustin and the others. I seen Nancy with a worried look on her face.
Y/n: Nancy what wrong?
Nancy: Eddie, He is with Michelle.
Everyone looked over at Eddie including me. I seen her kissing him, And he kissed her back. My eyes widened and I was furious.
Y/n: Nancy hold my purse and ear rings.
Robin: Oh no.
I gave Nancy my stuff and rushed up to Michelle. I pulled her off of him.
Y/n: What the fuck?
Eddie: I-
Y/n: I get to you later!
Eddie seen how mad I was and backed away from me, He was like a dog with his tail between his legs, He knew what he did and he was scared.
Y/n: You bitch, Fuck you!
I pushed Michelle onto the floor. She jumped back up and slapped me. I laughed and looked at her with a smile on my face.
Y/n: Is that all you got?
I punched her so hard she fell to the floor with blood spilling from her face.
Y/n: DONT FUCK WITH ME OR EDDIE AGAIN!
I grabbed Eddie's arm dragging him out of the gym and into the hallway.
Y/n: What the fuck Eddie.
Eddie: I'm sorry, She kissed me.
Y/n: And you kissed her back.
Eddie: I don't know why I did, I love you y/n.
Y/n: No, You can't kiss someone else like that and then tell me you love me, That's not right.
Eddie: I'm so sorry, Please forgive me.
Y/n: I forgive you Eddie but I can't be around you right now.
I went into the gym and went to Nancy.
Y/n: Nancy, Can I stay at your house for a while?
Nancy: Sure, Do you want to leave now?
Y/n: Yes please.
Me, Nancy, And Mike all walked to their house and I broke down into tears. Nancy and mike both started hugging me.
Y/n: Why, Why did he do that?
Nancy: I don't know y/n, He is just stupid.

We finally arrived at the wheeler house.
Y/n: Do you mind if I take a shower?
Nancy: No, Go ahead and make yourself at home.
I went and got some towels with my clothes I came here with and went to take a shower. I let the water hit me and I started crying again. Remembering everything we gone through together, I couldn't believe Eddie would do this to me. I know I was crying really loudly but I didn't care, Nancy and mike already knew I was sad. I finished my shower and got ready for bed. I got out of the bathroom and went to Nancy.
Y/n: where can I sleep?
Nancy: We don't have a guest bedroom so do you mind sleeping on the floor?
Y/n: No, I don't mind.
I hugged Nancy tight.
Y/n: Thank you for letting me stay with you.
Nancy: Anytime y/n, Anytime.
