MACUSA Prison 1927 No POV
Grindelwald was sitting in his lonely cell that only had a chair for him to sit on. A fly went near Grindelwald and just turned into nothing when it hit the invisible shield that was around him. Abernathy slid open the peephole to see him as Grindelwald had a pet lizard of sorts to keep him company.
Picquery and Mr Spielman were walking towards his cell.
Spielman: you'll be glad to be rid of him, I expect.
Picquery: we'd be more than happy to keep him here in custody.
Spielman: six months are enough. It's time for him to answer for his crimes in Europe.
Abernathy: President Picquery. Mr Spielman, sir. Prisoner is secured and ready to travel.
They peep inside to see his condition.
Spielman: you've thrown everything at him, I see.
Picquery; it was necessary. He's extremely powerful. We've had to change his guard three times. He's very persuasive. So we removed his tongue.
They had to use spells to carry him out as many prisoners, who without a doubt some were his fanatics, were calling his name. They took him to the very top tower as there was a chariot that was going to be pulled by six threshals and some Aurors with broomsticks were there to be their escort.
Spielman; the wizarding community worldwide owes you a great debt, Madam President.
Picquery: do not underestimate him.
Abernathy:<walks over> Mr Spielman, we found his wand hidden away.<hands him a small case>
Picquery: Abernathy.
Abernathy: and we found this. <hands him the blood pact>
Spielman enters as the door locks itself with like 50 locks from the outside. The chariot took off as it had two drivers and two Aurors on the back with four Aurors in broomsticks as escorts.
Abernathy walked to the edge of the tower before he pulled the Elder Wand out and apparated to below the chariot hanging from it.
Inside, Spielman was sitting opposite with two Aurors pointing their wands at Grindelwald.
Spielman: no more silver tongue. Hmm?
It seems he was wrong as Grindelwald changed to Abernathy right in front of him as the one hanging under the chariot outside was indeed Grindelwald. Grindelwald apparated on top of the chariot and turned the driver's leashes into snakes making them bite his face and fall off. Grindelwald then tied a leash on the second driver and fling him away to the front as he then went back and knocked the other two Aurors off the Chariot.
Inside, the wands all pointed at the Aurors and Spielman before disintegrating into nothing. Spielman opened the case and it was the lizard pet that started attacking as Spielman stood up but Abernathy knocked him back with his body. Abernathy grabbed the Blood Pact with his mouth as Spielman tried to take it back but Abernathy bit his hand before one of the Aurors slammed him against the window and held him there.
Grindelwald guided the chariot around trying to take out as many Aurors as he could, even if only one got taken out, as he flooded the inside of the chariot with water. He went high as Abernathy got the blood pact on his mouth.
Grindelwald got high enough to let loose as he used lightning to shock the Aurors off the sky. He then went to the door as he opened it letting the water and the Aurors fly out as he entered and grabbed the Blood Pact back.
