It was a warm and peaceful morning. The sun hadn't totally come out yet, but the birds were already singing their beautiful tune.

You were woken up by them. You looked around. At your right, your loyal knight was sleeping deeply and snoring softly. He looked cute and tranquil. That sight made you smile.

You got out of bed carefully, trying not to wake Cal up. You succeded and went downstairs.

The home Titus had given to you and Cal was huge. It was also fancy and beautiful, and was also close to the beach.

You opened the front door of the house, and went outside, closing it back again. You walked towards the beach. You loved the feeling of the warm sand on your bare feet. You admired the clear blue water reflecting the colours in the sky.

It was beautiful. Everything in your life was. You were finally able to be with the man you loved without having to hide from anyone. And better yet, you lived with him on a beautiful house, close to the most beautiful beach anyone's ever seen. You dared to say everything was perfect in your life at that moment.

While you admired the scenary, two big arms wrapped around you. You looked up, just to see Cal burying his face on your shoulder. "That tickles!!" You exclaimed holding back the laughter.

He held you closer to him, not saying a word. "Are you ok my love?" You asked, worried. "I-I had a nightmare were your father didn't let us marry and made sure I desapeared from you life by marrying you to a prince and telling another knight to protect you... And when I woke up and didn't see you next to me... I-I... I thought it was real..." He broke down to tears.

"Hey, love, don't worry ok? I'm here. Even if my father married me to some prince I would still love you. I would run away with you. I could never love another man, Cal" You kissed him and hugged him.

You lead him inside again. "It's gotten a little cold" You said while placing a blanket on top of his shoulders. You took a napkin and dried the rest of his tears with it and then placed a kiss on his nose.

"Thanks for taking care of me your higne- my love" He pulled you onto his lap and wrapped the blanket around you as well.

You kissed his cheeks and nose multiple times until he started giggling.

He pulled you closer, soon making contact with his lips on yours. You blushed as you kissed back.

The kiss was deep and loving. After a while, you both pulled away, gasping for air.

He chuckled and held you by the waist. "I love you, I will always protect you. No matter what" He kissed you again.

He softly caressed your cheek as he looked into your eyes. His were closing and opening back and forth.

"Are you tired my dear?" You asked him. He nodded. You grabbed his hand and lead him to the bedroom.

You softly placed him on the bed and covered him with the blanket. You kissed his forehead and headed to the door.

"Where are you going?" He asked in a sleepy tone. "To the dinning room. I don't want to bother you" You smiled.

"Please stay here" He pleaded. "Alright..." You rolled your eyes, lifting the covers and getting in bed with him.

He put his head on your chest and eventually fell asleep.

You placed your head on top of your knight's. You fell asleep with him.

It was a cozy moment. Listening to his soft breathing as he made little sounds as he slept. You wanted to stay like that forever.
