Chapter 5

Y/n's POV

We just pulled back up to the school and we heard the last bell ring.

"Thanks for the ride and the weed... and the getting me to skip the first day. I'll text you later ok?" I said to Rafe.

"Yea sure uh, I'll see you later." He said. I smiled and shut the door.

My backpack was at least 3 pounds heavier due to all of my clothes being in it.

I saw my brother and Chrissy walk outside along with everyone else. My brother saw me and he looked pissed.

"Where the hell we're you?" He asked with his arm around Chrissy.

"Here...where else would I be?" I said as if it was obvious.

"I didn't see you at all." He said.

"We are in different grades we won't see each other everyday get the stick out of your ass. I'm going home." I said.

"You smell like straight booze." He said.

"And you smell like straight pussy... what were you doing today?" I smirked and him and Chrissy went red.

"Exactly now shut up. Bye asshole!" I hopped on my board and started towards the house.

I put my headphones in and decided I was gonna make a smoothie when I get home. Before I walked in I doused myself in perfume and threw a piece of gum in my mouth.

When I entered, my sisters we running around, both in capes and swords chasing each other around.

"Hi honey. How was your first day?" My mom asked.

"It was boring, didn't do much. How was yours?" I asked her.

"Eventful. These girls never stop moving. You hungry?" She asked

"Yea I think I'm gonna make a smoothie, I'll be right back though I'm gonna put my stuff down." She nodded and I raced up the stairs.

I threw my bag on the floor and took out my extra clothes from today.

I realized I left my necklace in Rafe's car.

"Shit." I Whispered to myself.

I pulled out my phone and texted Rafe asking him if it was still hung in his mirror.

He said yea and I sighed in relief. I threw my phone on my bed and went back downstairs to make my smoothie.

I used strawberries, bananas, and a peach. I added some yogurt and milk and blended it up.

Once it was done, I poured it into a cup, but had a little left over. I asked the girls if they wanted some and they happily accepted.

I guess Chrissy and Adrian were going in a date tonight so they wouldn't be home, and my mom asked me to watch the girls for the night since she wanted to go out on a date herself.

My mom deserved some time to herself so I agreed. My mom had already cleaned up the kitchen so I wouldn't have to and it was just me and the girls.

"Alright what do you wanna do?" I asked them.

"Play your guitar!" Laura shouted.

"Yea you haven't in so long!" Lisa said.

"I can only play one full song though, and I don't think you'll like it." I told them. The only song I learned, and the reason I got into guitar was because of Numb by Linkin Park.

"It's ok, can you please play it though. And you know two songs. You wrote us a song. But I wanna hear the other one." Lisa said mentioning the song I actually did write for them.
