Callie grunted as she stretch her back, it's cold that her eyes starts tearing up a little. Bottle of vodka is the first thing that her sight caught, she fixed her sitting position and hissed on the pain on her hips for hours of sitting on the cold hard floor.  She took her phone out and scrunched her face on the brightness of her phone, it's 4:18 a.m. Callie slowly got up as she walks inside Mark's apartment with clinking alcohol bottles that she was carrying. She drank a lot of water before going in the bathroom.

The Latina undressed naked and stood in front of a mirror. Her exhausted eyes inspected her body up and down, almost disgustedly, as she ran her hands down her light caramel skin. Starting with her tired face, her icy hands are now moist from tears moving in down to her neck, collar bone, breast, and finally on her stomach. She glances at herself in the mirror as she pinches her belly, then raises her left arm and begins to pinch her arm fat. She raises her gaze to her eyes, which are now surrounded by red veins. She continue staring down her body, with displeased look on her face. She felt gross and nausea rising on her throat the longer gaze on her body. She keeps glancing down her body, a displeased expression on her face. The more she looked at her body, the more sickness rose in her throat.

She entered the shower and felt the hot water on her skin. It was hotter than she was used to when showering. Callie stood there for about half an hour, smoke fogging the glass walls, before washing her body with soap. Slowly gliding her hands over every inch of her body as she shuts her eyes and broke down on her knees to painful sobs.

Callie popped aspirin on her mouth as she decided whether to call in sick or break some bones at work today, putting her anguish to good use. She didn't want to spend the day sulking on her deceased best friend's bed, staring at the ceiling, so she went to the other apartment to get some clothes and to see Sofia because she really missed her baby now.

She popped her head first, scanning for the blonde before going inside. She heard clanks of the kitchen and figured that the other woman was making breakfast. She closed the door loud enough for her wife to hear that she's here so that she wouldn't get scared at her sudden appearance. Callie walked towards her daughter's room to greet her a good morning without glancing at her wife, but she can feel Arizona's eyes on her.

She has Sofia on her hips to ease any tension or awkwardness that may arise between the two women. Great! I used my daughter as a human shield! Callie thought to herself as she makes her way to their room to get some clothes, but she was stopped by the blonde by asking her if she already had her breakfast. "Um-yeah" she muttered, "Oh really? what did you have for breakfast?" the blonde questioned her, knowing that she didn't bought it.

She scoffed before rolling her eyes, her wife knows damn well if she is lying. "I had coffee" she answered before turning her back and grabbing some clothes on. She then took Sofia for a bath before dressing her.

"I'm going to dropped Sofia off the day care, you can pick her up later" Callie blurted out as she stopped at the apartment's door. "Callie-wait!" Arizona called her as she handed the Latina the sandwich she made, "thanks."

Callie buckled her daughter on her car seat as she makes her way inside the car with a sandwich on her hand that her wife made with effort. I don't even like sandwiches, she sighs and started driving.

...

Arizona finally found Callie talking with an intern, the blonde has been running around the hospital searching for her wife. "Hey" She approached the two woman, Callie glanced at her for a second and back at the tablet she's holding. "Do you need me to reschedule your ACL repair?" asked the woman in a light blue scrubs. "Yes, that would be great! pushed by an hour" and the intern nodded with a smile. Arizona narrowed her eyes at her, noticing the way she glanced at Callie. "Thanks, Sadie" as she handed her the tablet and then turned her body at the blonde woman that has been standing at her side, crossing her arms.

"Hi" Arizona shyly smiled at her, not missing the forced smile her wife just gave her. " So Meredith called, she said Zola wants to have an overnight party at them. I- is that ok with you?" she raised both eyebrows, reading her wife's face. "Y-yeah, sure-of course" she uttered. "Okay, awesome" Arizona replied, "I can pick her up by 8 and then drop her off to Meredith's" she added.  "oh-okay I will say pass by later at the day care to say goodbye then." Callie exhaled and the blonde was chewing her lips as some sort of awkward tension lingered at their atmosphere. "Okay" Arizona breathed and Callie made her way to the lab room.

Arizona exhaled slowly with her lips slightly gaping puckered. "Well that was...something" Teddy said, coming out of nowhere as the short blonde jumped slightly. "Your think?" Arizona replied, rolling her eyes at the tensed situation she's been through. "It seems like you two haven't talk" Teddy spoke as the two of they started walking. "About what?" the blonde questioned with a hint of annoyance. The woman besides her shot her a look, knowing what she's talking about. "Have you even apologized to her??" Teddy asked as she Arizona opens the door to the Attending's lounged, following her behind. She grabbed a coffee as Arizona plopped her body at the sofa, looking like a defeated child as she pouted, feeling bad for not apologizing to her wife right away.

"Arizona..." Teddy confronted her as she sat in front of her, "I know...I know, it's just that- it's her eyes" she whined. "What's wrong with her eyes??" asked the other woman, furrowing her eyebrows. "It's-ughh, their full of...pain" Arizona breathed out as she bites her nails, "it's breaking my heart! and what's worse is it's my own damn fault!" she grunted. "A-and I am, I am sorry for what I did, It's-It's just so difficult, it hurts a lot to face her breaking heart!. She vented out, tears starting to blur her sight. "I screwed up a-and I-Oh God, I broke her trust. I-I hurt her, I hurt Callie and I y-yelled at her- B-but it was never my intention! I just- I didn't mean it, you know? my emotions clouded my judgment! I love her! I love my wife beyond words! A-and I would give anything to turn back time to undo what I did to her! Arizona broke out as tears flowing down her face with quivering lips, soaking her navy blue scrubs as she rested her face down to her hands and sobbed even more. "Tell her that." she looked up at Teddy who shifted her side and hold the blonde.
