The judge came in and sat in the chair. They started the court. First up was Sasuke and his lawyers claim. Zabuza got up and started.

"So my client mr. Sasuke uchiha has the money and time for those kids." Zabuza told the judge. Naruto couldn't help but roll his eyes of course they would bring up the financial difference. "The defendant mr. Uzumaki has been known to be a stripper which is not safe for the kids." Zabuza also added.

"I have a witness to explain in details how his former job has put them all in danger." Zabuza said while neji came to the stand. He sat down on the chair. Naruto looked at neji in shock of course he would testify for Sasuke they was best friends.

"I was called to a break in at mr. Uzumakis house. When I got there he and the son was being taken to the hospital. The whole house was ransacked. When they both came out of surgery that I was able to get the medical records of them both."

"The kid was beat. Broken a bone and had to have surgery to stop inter bleeding. Mr. Uzumaki was raped by several people and also beat. Those kids aren't safe in the custody of their mother." Neji ended. Naruto cried that was wrong.

He tried to protect them. How could they lie like that in court. Naruto's lawyer stepped up to question neji. "So you said it was after the fact that you got there. So there was no telling what actually happened in that moment. My client can tell you." Genma told the judge.

Naruto took a deep breath. "That night I got a call from my former boss. He told he that he knew my address, I tried to leave with the kids but it was too late. So I put them in a safe room and locked the door. When Menma came into my room later I tried to protect him I did." Naruto told them his voice shaking.

Zabuza and sasukes lawyer was whispering in their little desk area. "So my client tried to protect his children in fact he did protect them." Genma told the judge who was over the outcome. "That's all I have to say." Genma then walked to his desk and sat down.

Zabuza got up and went to question Naruto. "So mr. Uzumaki. I too am I former client of your. Do you remember something. How I used your body and you let me." Naruto grew tears in his eyes. That was a time in his life he wanted to forget.

"My client too is a client. This time you slept with him. Imagine having a mother who sells there own body for money. What would they think?" Zabuza said as he glared at Naruto. Naruto wiped the tears that  fell down.

Everybody in the court room knew about Naruto being a stripper somebody who sold his body for the money, but to run that he is a bad mother because of it was just wrong and cruel.

Zabuza looked at the uzumaki who cried on the stand. He smirked knowing that was all it took to break him. But no they wasn't done. "We are done on this claim." Zabuza stated to the judge. Naruto went to him lawyer.

Genma stood up it was now his time to present. "Okay so we all know that the uchihas are a rich and prominent family. Mr. Uchiha can provide the best clothes, food, presents and things money can buy. But what my client provides is better. He offers them love and support. He is always there when they need him."

"What would be your plan when you get them. You are too busy to watch them so what would be your plan?" Genma asked Sasuke. "I will have Karin here with me to help watch them." Sasuke said. Karin nodded as she smirked.

Genma went back to Naruto and sat down. "That's all."  Zabuza saw this as an opportunity and stood up. He was going to break Naruto as much as he could before the main show arrives.

"So mr. Uzumaki, your have a low paying job and no house to live in. What do you plan for the kids to be homeless while you "work" it out?" Zabuza jokingly said. Naruto rolled his red, puffy eyes.

"We was going to travel 2 days ago. The trip would be to america, France, Germany then where the kids want to go." Naruto told the lawyer confidently.  Zabuza had nothing to say on that. It was a solid plan.

Zabuza returned to his seat and looked at the papers he had to see what else he could use against Naruto before the show gets here. Sasuke and Zabuza wanted to see Naruto break.

"We will have a lunch break for 1 hour. After your witness can come in." The judge said. Everybody but Sasuke and Zabuza was confused. What witness did Sasuke have?

Naruto rushed to the daycare before Sasuke could get there, he signed the kids out and carried them. He kissed them so much. This was the longest 3 hours he had ever spent away from them. Sasuke walked up to them and took Menma out of naruto arms.

Naruto glared at him but didn't want to make a scene with the kids there so led them to a table. Naruto sat Megumi down next to kurama. "How about ramen for lunch?" Naruto asked them.

"Yeah ramen mommy!" Menma said jumping in Sasuke arms. Sasuke chuckled and rubbed his back. "So I can order all but sasukes food." Naruto said. Naruto ordered from multiple restaurants so they had an option.

They all ate and watched the kids run around from the soda they had. Naruto laughed they was his little kids. So no he wouldn't give them away. Naruto looked at Sasuke smiling as he saw the kids and blushed.
