Yamato and sai walked behind naruto making sure nobody tried to attack naruto from behind. Naruto was scared. If the airport had danzos men as securities then what others was working there?

"C-can I stop for some food. I am hungry." Naruto asked them. They gave him a slight nod in return. Naruto looked at his options. He saw a little shop. It was a little cafe. Naruto ordered coffee with a chocolate muffin.

As he was eating the muffin he felt off. He started getting dizzy and light headed. His breathing was slowing down for some reason. Naruto looked at Yamato and sai but couldn't find his voice to speak. Naruto didn't know what was happening but needed to be safe.

He opened his phone with shaking hands and typed kuramas contact. Before he could give them the phone he felt onto the floor face first. Naruto was out cold on the floor. Everybody was panicking. Yamato and sai called for help while trying to wake Naruto up.

But Naruto just wouldn't get up. His breathing also slowed and got heavier. 2 medics came running. "We will be transporting this patient to Japan." They said before running off with Naruto. Yamato and sai had a feeling in their gut telling them something was wrong but thought it was about the kids.

They saw Naruto's phone on the floor. They picked it up and looked at it. It was a contact with an address and number. "This person is in Japan. Naruto Also going to Japan." Yamato said. They looked at each other and nodded. Naruto left that there for them to find.

"We already bought 5 tickets to Hawaii. And our bags are going to Hawaii. Sai said. Yamato looked at him. Yamato sat down thinking they only had so much money and buying 4 more tickets would be expensive. Then buying a car to get to this kurama person would be all their savings.

"We can't just send the babies on the plane by themselves. So let's go I'll find a way to make more money." Yamato told sai, who just rolled his eyes. They took the stroller and ran to the ticket buying center. They bought 4 tickets to Japan. As they was walking to their terminal they saw the ambulance.

"Excuse me sir, but we got a call about a passed out patient." The paramedic asked. Yamatos face paled if that was the paramedic then who was it that took Naruto. "Yes he was taken by other paramedics." Sai told this paramedic. "That's impossible my team is the only working paramedic in this area." Now that is where they all paled.

Yamato lost Naruto to a fake paramedic. Sai didnt want to watch the twins for Naruto, he was going to find Naruto. The paramedics now knew there was an imposter. They was going to put the airport on lock down but Naruto was taken almost a hour ago.

"The muffin he was eating a muffin before he fell to the floor." Sai said. They all rushed to the place Naruto got the muffin to find the cafe closed nobody was there.  Yamato just hoped it wasn't danzos underlings. They all went around looking for Naruto but he wasn't found.

"We have to go on the plane." Sai said to Yamato. "The flight 1403 is now boarding." The worker said. Yamato nodded. He looked at the twins and smiled. He would watch them with his life until he arrives and meets this kurama person.

They went on the plane of course reviving bad looks from the other. "Can you please make sure those babies don't cry." One lady said. So that's it. They don't want the babies on this flight. Sai thought. "Sure annoying." Sai responded giving his fake smile.

The lady turned red and walked away. Sai and Yamato decided to spilt up and sit with one of the babies. The flight was calm. They slept threw take off and landing. It was getting close to their feeding time and they had to get on the next flight. Naruto usually breast fed them so they had no formula.

"You can take them to the gate. I'll find the formula." Sai said as he walked off. Yamato took the stroller and the baby bags and walked away. Sai went to them with formula and two bottles made. They fed the kids then put them to sleep.

When they arrived in Japan it was night. But back in america it was morning. So their body had to get used to the time difference. They was all worn out and those babies wouldn't stop crying for Naruto. "I can't take it anymore. Let just leave them and go," Sai said. "No rude Naruto trusted us with his kids to deliver them to kurama." Yamato said.

Sai rolled his eyes and got in the car they rented. They drove to the address the contact had. It was a nice house. If you could even call it that. It was a mansion. They rang the door bell and waited for somebody to answer. A raven haired guy with casts and a black eye opened the door.

"What do you want. Do you not understand it 11 in the night." The raven haired said. Sai was having a hard time keeping a straight face seeing the guy act tough but have such a beaten shown on his face. "Um Naruto sent us to here-." Before Yamato can finish the guy had him pinned up against the wall.
