Miraculous: The Next Guardian (book 3)

Suspicions

At an unknown place. Monarch came out of the darkness and detransormed. His akuma was just defeated.

"Master, what do we do now?" Nooroo asked.

"I told you. My name is Felix." Yes. Felix, Adrien's cousin, was the one who stole the miraculous.

Flashback. (Second book, chapter 5)
Felix had just seen Gabriel with the miraculous. He threatened him. After a while, he took the miraculous to make a copy. But he didn't just make one, he made an extra just in case. He then returned the miraculous back to Gabriel.

Another Flashback.
Felix wasn't sure Nathalie would get him the real miraculous. But he did threaten her. He happened to be passing and saw the battle at the top of the Eiffel Tower.

Interesting. He thought. Suddenly he saw something fall. He wasn't sure at first, but he rushed to see what it was.

Well, well, well. He smiled. It was the butterfly and peacock miraculous. It happened to fall somehow.

This is better than I expected. He picked them up and put the copies in their place. Then he continued walking as if nothing happened.

Last flashback.
Felix snuck into Gabriel's office, or at least what used to be Gabriel's office. He opened the computer and searched through some files. He found data and information about the whole miraculous team, their identities and their powers except for Ladybug and Chat's.

As expected, he gathered information about them. After copying the files to his flash drive, he rested his head on his hands and leaned back, waiting for Nathalie to enter.

End of flashbacks.
That's how he got the miraculous. It took some time, some long time but it paid off in the end. Now he can fulfil his wish, after getting the duo's miraculous.

My visit to my uncle was a failure as he didn't reveal anything about the miraculous. I think he knows, but if he tells Adrien he knows what's gonna happen. Adrien might see his mother after that.

Lunch break had just ended at school. It had been two weeks since Felix joined the class. He could only notice a few things about Marinette and Adrien.

After every akuma I send, they go to the bathroom quickly. It means they're either the heroes or they've been..... making out. But the first choice is more logical. Adrien is pretty easy to manipulate. So I'll be investigating her first. But I need to keep a cover, I send out an akuma at the same time every two days. If she connects the dots, she'll begin to suspect me. I need an ally to help me and cover for me. And I have the perfect one. He thought.

It's been two weeks since he joined. The same time since Monarch showed. Coincidence? I think not. I've noticed he goes to the bathroom every two days at the same time, the period after the lunch break. Then an akuma would attack. I think he has a connection somehow. He's either Monarch or someone associated with him. But I'm not so sure yet. I need to investigate him a bit more, of course without Adrien knowing. Once I'm sure and I have the evidence I need I'll tell him. Marinette thought.

The next day, Marinette was sleeping until she got a call from Chloe. It was still 6 am, and half of the world was asleep. She picked up the phone and answered.

"Hello?" She said.

"Hi, Marinette. It's Chloe."

"Chloe? Why are you calling at this time?"
