JENNIE POV
I saw as Foxtrot fell down and hit the pavement. Rushing down the building, Foxtrot was lying in the ground covered in blood.
"Foxtrot, come on," I said to them.
No response, and this pulse was nowhere to be found. To the corner of my eye, I saw as the four of then began to run away. All the strength in the world but not enough to run after them.
"Someone call am ambulance," I yelled.
The task force and the paramedics arrived. I felt as other agents were pulling me away from the body and Foxtrot being escorted away on a stretcher.
JUNGKOOK POV
The groups managed to get a car. We just wanted to get as far away as possible from Vegas.
"Hope what did you do," I asked.
"What I was trying to protect you," Hope replied.
"Hope you killed someone," I said. "This is why I didn't want you to engage."
"And you'd be dead if it wasn't for me," Hope said.
"Hey guys, can we not fight now. It's been a long day," Jimin said. "Where to guys."
Hope and I gave each other look. A location we both dread on going to.
"Underground 0, it's in Kansas," I said.
"Underground 0, what's that," Jimin asked.
"It's the main HQ of my father," Hope said.
"And why do you need to go there," Jimin asked.
"Hope and I have reason to believe that Hunter put a doomsday device on the world," I said.
"Based on what," Jimin responded.
"A dream," I said.
"What we're not going to Kansas just because of some dream," Jimin complained.
"You have a better idea of where we should go," I asked.
Jimin sighed as he kept driving on the road.
"Directions to Kansas," Jimin said and the car chatted its course.
JENNIE POV
There I was, as I saw the doctors trying to resuscitate Foxtrot. But after a few more tries they couldn't get anything out of it. The doctors covered Foxtrot's body and marked their time of death. I sat there crying in my seats. I thought things couldn't have gotten worse, but it did.
"Jennie," I heard a voice.
"Chief," I said and stood up.
"I'm sorry to hear that you lost your partner," the chief said.
"I don't know why, why is it so hard to catch blackbird," I said.
