Chapter 03

IT'S SATURDAY. I am sitting in my swivel chair while reading some reports about the accounting department. Masaya ako dahil dumadami ang investor namin. And all of them are from big companies. I glance at Aaron, My secretary. He's been my secretary since I started managing this company. He has brown orbs and well-built masculine body. He was wearing black suit and a glasses making him more attractive. Well, Since then, I have a crush on him but honestly, He was into someone.

"Aaron, What's my next schedule?" I ask while sipping his made cofee for me. It taste bitter and sweet. Not too sweet not to bitter just right.

"You have a meeting with Mrs. Elizabeth Sebastien Rodriguez, This 1:00PM, Meeting with Mr. Pierce Santillan this 2:30PM and Meeting with Mr. El Vera this 3:00, Ms. Del Gonza." Tumatango tango ako habang nakatingin sakanya. "Actually, Mrs. Rodriguez is in her way on our office." Ani Aaron. My brows furrowed. This is the first time I hear about that Rodriguez.

"Okay. Just tell me if She arrive. You can leave." I said while leaning on my swivel chair reading some reports. I took a deep sigh while sipping some cofee. Nang matapos ako sa pagbabasa ay kinuha ko ang aking cellphone. I was scrolling in ig when A message pop out of my screen.

It was Sylvester. I got curios so I tap her message.

Sylvester:

Bar tayo ngayong gabi. Sunduin kita. Please?🥺

Umirap ako.

Hexadawn:

Ok.

Total wala naman akong gagawin sa bahay ay umuoo nalang ako. Wala naman ang aking kakambal sa bahay. Ang aking mga kapatid ay nasa bahay ngunit paminsan-minsan ay umaalis ito at maiiwan ako mag-isa. Project daw. Pero hindi ako naniniwala. Alam kong gumigimik sila kasama ang barkada at hinahayaan kolang. May tracking device naman sa cellphone nito. Syempre, Hindi ko pababayaan yun. I hired some men to look for them far away. Kahit naman nasa pilipinas na kami at malayo saaming Ama ay kailangan parin naming mag-ingat. Makapangyarihan ang aming ama at madaming connection kaya nga binago namin ang aming apilyedo at ginamit ang apilyedo ni Lola para hindi mahalata.

The door open showing Aaron and behind him was an old woman around fifteen. Her eyes twinkled when She saw me. My grip on my phone tightened. I can't just trust this old woman. I can see wicked plan in her eyes. Aaron was about to get out but I motion him to stop making him confuse.

"Miss?" He ask. I smirk at him before tapping the couch beside me making him nod and sit. Nakita ko ang irritasyon sa muka ng ginang.

"Ok, Let's start your proposal, Mrs. Rodriguez." I said in a serious tone. I hear her snored before rolling her eyes.

"Actually, I want to talk toyou privately. Please," I sigh as I motion Aaron to leave. She sigh and clear her throat. I just stare at her blankly. She somehow looks like Chase. She look at me nervously before smiling. She get some brown envelope on her bag and give it tome. My brows furrowed and get the brown envelope on her hands. I open it and pull the papers outside. My forehead crease when I saw a marriage contract.

"Marriage Contract? What the fuck is this, Mrs. Rodriguez? Are you joking?" I ask her. She bit her lower lip while playing her fingers.

"I want you to marry my son, Chase El Vera."

"HOW'S the meeting with her, Dawn." My brother said in the telephone. I let out a deep sigh. I still can't recover what She did say. And what did I just know. Chase El Vera was her son? But For I know, Chase and Chaos El Vera's mother was Celine Del Vargas-El Vera was the mother. What the hell is She talking about? I close my eyes tightly as I stop myself sighing once again. He might ask what's bothering me.

"It's... uh... Okay. I guess." I said on the other line. I hear him sigh.

"Make sure. Mrs. Rodriguez invest a billion on our company. Don't disappoint me, Hexadawn Aze." He said before ending the phone call. I let out a deep sigh again. My office door opens and showed Dylan Andrade. My brows furrowed while looking at him. He look like a mess! His hair looks like a nest and his eyebag! I grimaced at him.

"What happened to you, Andrade?" I ask coldly. He look like me like He's going to cry. Ah, Gay motherfucker. He sniff trying to stop himself from crying but a minute later. He scream loudly making me fucking shock.

"UWAAAA! HUHUHU! WAAHHH! BAT NYA KO HINAWALAYAN?! I AM NOT ENOUGH FOR HER?! HUHUHU," My jaw drop when I hear him crying with those word.

"Tell me, Aze! Pangit ba ako?" Tanong nya saakin.

"Oo." Mas lalo syang ngumawa sa sagot ko sa kanya. Napailing ako. Ano na naman kayang trip nya ngayon. Tsk. Siguradong nagpapanggap na naman sya para malibre ko sya ng alak. Ganyan din yung ginawa niya saakin last week. Ang sarap nya talaga paslangin. Kung hindi ko pa sya pinsan ay baka pinatay kona sya.

"Ang sama mo saakin!" Umiyak na umiiyak sya. Umirap ako sa drama nya saka kinuha ang phone ko sa gilid ng aking lamesa.

"Aaron, Bring some rum and wine here. I have crazy friend here and also, call the motherfuckers." I said. Ang tinutukoy kong 'motherfuckers' ay ang iba kopang pinsan sa motherside. Syempre, Nandito narin sila naninirahan para daw may kasama kami. Kaagad na lumiwanag ang muka ni Andrade ng marinig ang sinabi ko. Basta talaga inuman eh.

Maya maya pa ay bumukas ang pinto at niluwa si Aaron. Kaagad na nilapag nya ang isang case ng rum at limang wine saaking lamesa. He stand infront of me.

"Your cousins is coming right now, Miss Dela Gonza." He said to me.

"Okay. You can leave." He bowed before leaving me with my idiot cousin who's now opening one of the wine bottles. Kumikinang kinang pa ang mata nito. Napairap akong muli at nagtipa saaking loptop. May nireview akong file.

"Hoy! Hoy! Wag kang mag-umpisa!" Napatingin ako sa pinto ng bumukas na naman iyon at niluwa ang lima ko pang pinsan na nag-uunahan sa paglapit kay Andrade.

At dun... Nagsimula ang trahedya sa buhay ko.
