Chapter 26

Jungkook parked his car in front of Chaeyoung's house and getting out he run to open the door for her.

Since there is no need for her to stay in the hospital Jungkook insisted to get her home.

He offered her to move into his mansion, so she would be closer to him, but she refused.

It's way too fast to do so, especially when they still didn't talk with Dal.

How will they explain to him that she is his mother and that soon he will have a sibling?

She assured him that she would be safe and well taken care of by her mother and Taehyung.

The latter was already at home and observing them together, as Jungkook was holding her hand, they looked at them questioningly.

"Am I seeing things right? ", Taehyung asked, hands in his pocket

" Yes! We are together!", Jungkook answered right away ready to defend their relationship and the fact that they are back together

"Finally! Because it was a pain thinking about how to get you two back together!", he exclaimed relieved that there won't be the need to meet with Mrs. Jeon anymore making plans on how to bring the two together.

" What?", Jungkook looked dumbfounded

"Ask your mother, now listen to how you should behave with Rosie and my little niece!", Taehyung made a serious face and folded his hands on his chest

" Taehyung, let them be, they are adults with kids...", his mother rolled her eyes at him

"What? Why can't I play the big and scary brother role?", he said sulking

Jungkook was astonished, what is happening here?

As was planned Jungkook and Yoobi met to sign the divorce papers.

He was the first to sign as soon as the lawyer give them. He didn't need to read them since he knows every word writed there, plus he was ready to pay anything so he won't be related to her.

" I hope to never see you again! Also, I am not letting you keep my family name, you don't have the right!"

Yoobi finally put her signature on the papers and throw the pen away. Irritated at the way he was smiling and celebrating his victory as if he got rid of a disease.

"Why are you so happy? Are you about to run to her like a loyal dog and marry her?"

Jungkook felt nothing at her attempt to insult him. He indeed was smitten by Chaeyoung, whipped even, and doesn't plan to hide it.

"You know Yoobi when I married you it was only because of Dal, and that you were my friend... I was feeling guilty and responsible for something I didn't commit, thinking that you will understand me, help me... But now I don't want to have a single common thing with you...", throwing a pitiful glance at her Jungkook left the room.

He can't wait to tell Chaeyoung the good news.

Back in the days when they were younger, Jungkook was a very passionate and affectionate lover.

Chaeyoung thought that in time he'll get a little restrained but no, he's the same if not more fond than he was.

And she likes it.

She is in her early thirties and Jungkook already reached his, but they still act as if they are college lovers.

Chaeyoung heard some knocks on her bedroom door.

As soon as she opened she got squished between Jungkook's arms. She smiled, it feels good and comforting.

"I am free Chae, I am finally free...", he said in one breath and looked into her eyes. She saw stars in them.

Now they are one more step closer to their happy ending.

" We should talk with Dal... ", she placed a hand on his cheek, as a thumb was carresing his skin, "I can't stay away from him any longer... Also, aren't you neglecting him by coming here so frequently?",

" That's why I asked you to move in with me... It would be easier... and you know very well that I want to be with my baby too..."

"It's not that easy... and... In your room was Yoobi... I don't want to share the same bed as hers...", she said with a pout and frowned

Jungkook smiled, why is she being so adorable all of a sudden

"Is my baby jealous?", he asked teasingly

Chaeyoung glared at him and turned her back a him

" Chae... I was just kidding... I didn't share the same room with her, we slept in different rooms...", he back hugged her and side kissed her cheek, " If you want I can change all the furniture, even the walls or I can buy another house for us..."

"It's fine... Just... When I think that she touched you... That you and she had slept...", Jungkook turned her to him and kissed her lips not letting her finish it

"Please don't think about it, I am not proud of it, even if I was drunk every time, I still feel miserable realizing that I let her use me...", he leaned his forehead on hers, touching their noses, "Let it be only us, our kids and our future...",

Chaeyoung nodded her head and with a smile Jungkook covered her lips with his involving her in a kiss

" Hey, Jungkook! I hope you aren't doing anything funny with my sister."

It was Taehyung's voice from the other side of the door

"And how did you get here before me?"

Jungkook tsked, "See? That's why you need to move with me sooner!"
