15. The Pathway

“𝗔lright, everyone up!” Reven shouted, as he slammed his Staff onto the ground, creating a Shockwave that shook the Tents, causing the people inside to jump up and down, with them slowly crawling out as the zip went up.
“Yep, yep, come on out,” Reven chuckled, his hands on his red cloak. “we have to make it to the city!”
Reven started leading the way, with the others behind him as Axel was now behind Alvaro again, with Oliver behind him as he appeared to be a bit taller than Ghost, mainly due to his Deer Legs.
They walked through another pathway as they stumbled upon a few rivers and creeks, walking on the stone bridge that towered above the center, walking through more pathways and coming across villages.
Axel noticed one of the wooden houses seemed to be burnt, specifically on the walls, he didn't think much, howeverit must've been a firework accident.
“Almost there!” Reven said, eating a few burnt marshmellows as he held a wooden chopstick, as he still led the way through the village.
Ghost catched sight of one of the girls, she seemed to smile at him as Ghost ignored her (he didn't know what to do, give him a break.), as he thought to himself, What a pain.

The Group finally made it into the city as Reven turned back to them and said, “Alright, we won't be here long. And since we've came all this way, i suggest we split up.”
They all looked at him and nodded, as Reven counted them by saying, “Alright, Liam, Alzaro, and Archie, you're with me. Axel and the rest, try and find some resources, such as food and drinks. Because it's a long journey ahead of us.”
Axel nodded as Reven started walking off, followed by Liam, Alzaro and Archie as Axel turned to the others, with Oliver saying, “Well, this city is crowded. I don't think we'll be finding them that easily.”
“Yeah, no shit,” Ghost said to Oliver, as he glanced at Axel. “So what's the plan, hero?”
Axel looked at Ghost and started thinking to himself, trying to figure out where to go: Well, we are in a crowded city, and.. Reven said we could find some food and resources, but even then.. Reven must have some common sense...
Axel shook his head and turned to the Others again. “Lets just find some resources.”
Axel and the Others walked off into the Crowded City, with Oliver quickly putting on a pair of pants to cover his deer legs, with Ghost cringing as he thought: Clumsy pig.

They walked through the crowd, with Axel murmuring, “Yeah, excuse me,” as he shifted past them, along with the others, as they were now approached by a person.
The Person was wearing a buttoned up dark green suit, with black pants and white socks, along with some black shoes as he held up a coupon, as he said: “Come into the Casino! We like more visitors!”
Before Axel could object, CJ interrupted and said, “Thanks but we're not staying.”
Axel then thought to himself again: I mean sure, we need to get some food and resources, but even then.. we can't have some fun, can we?
Axel then sensed something as he saw a glowing green gem, which was being held by a dark-cloaked person, hooded up, his face barely seen as he jumped back into the distance, shifting past the people as they didn't seem to notice.
Axel then interrupted again and said, “Yeah, lets go in.”
And then they walked into the Casino, as people only walked in, and never walked out.
