It was Saturday, one day after the party at my school.
I was ready to sleep in my pjs, it was a comfy t-shirt with a big cat on it (I love cats) and some sweatpants, when I suddenly heard something on my window.
It was like something got thrown against it.
I was a bit scared, but I forced myself to get up and look after this weird sound.
I opened my window, only to see Nate standing in my backyard.
"What are you doing here?", I whispered mad.
"Can you come out?", he asked.
"Nate, my parents will kill me!"
"They don't need to know."
I thought about it for a little.
"Alaska, please?"
"Fine.", I sighed annoyed.

I managed to sneak out quietly, without waking my parents up. So I was finally outside.
Nate was standing there with a grey zip-up hoodie and some baggy jeans.
"Nice fit.", he chuckled.
"Better than yours!", I said while looking him up and down.
He just laughed in response.
"So why are you here?"
"I wanted to show you something.", he said.
"And what exactly?"
"You'll find out soon enough.", he said.
We walked a few minutes, it was very dark and we didn't really talk.
It was kinda awkward, so I decided to talk.
"What if you want to kidnap me and that's all just a trap?", I asked.
"First of all, nobody would want to kidnap you, especially not me. Second of all, why would I do it so obvious then. I mean everyone could see us.", he responded.
"Maybe you're right."
After a few minutes, he told me to close my eyes.
I did.
He took my hands and guided me for a while.
His hands were soft.
"Now, open them!"
I opened my eyes and all I saw was...
"A field?", I asked in confusion
"Not just any field, lay down for a second!", he said.
"Why would I do that?"
"Just trust me Alaska, for once.", he said annoyed.
"Fine.", I said while laying down.
"And?"
"Wait!", he said while laying down next to me.
"Just look!", he said while lifting my chin.
Then I saw it. The stars.
There were so many of them.
"It's beautiful.", I said.
"It is!", he said.
I looked over to him, only to catch him staring at me.
But then...
"Quick, make a wish. There's a shooting star!", I said to him excited.
I closed my eyes and made a wish.
