It was Monday and I had school today.

I wasn't really in a good mood today, I don't know why, but everything made me mad.

I was sitting in class, thinking about a movie I watched yesterday.

I know. I should probably pay attention to my class, but I didn't feel like it.

I looked over to the left side, where I caught Nate staring at me.

He didn't look way, so we had intense eye contact.

I saw it as a battle, so I tried not to blink.

He noticed and did the same.

After a few seconds I felt my eyes getting watery and I blinked.

He smirked and looked away.

Ugh, I hated the fact that I lost.

The class ended and I was ready to go home, when I saw Nate standing at the lockers.

I walked over to him.

"Thanks again..."

"For what?", he asked.

"The book.", I answered.

"No problem.", he patted me on the shoulder and left.

He is always acting so weird in school.

It's like he's a different person.

But I mean, we're not really friends I guess, so it's fine.

I was hanging out with Anisa after school, we were eating frozen yogurt. It was so good!

"So, what is going on between you and Nate?", she asked, while scooping up the last bit of her yogurt.

"I don't know, I guess nothing?"

"C'mon Alaska, the way you look at each other says so much!"

"If you think so?"

"Soo? Do you like him?", she asked.

"I'm not sure, but I know that I can't hate him. I just wished that he would stop hating me too."

"So you do kinda like him?"

Why is she asking so many question?

"If I have to be honest, I kinda do. But I know that he will never like me back."

"But don't tell anyone!", I said.

"Of course not!"
