The figure that had "ran" into him had been a cat hurtling towards him at the speed of high velocity pineapples.
Which is to say, enough to knock him over.
The cat had licked his face, adoringly and Nico cursed the gods. He had ended up in a black pit with a cat licking his face like he was tuna flavoured. Which, obviously, wasn't the scent Nico was going for.
It got worse when the cat started purring. Its purrs shook the whole ground. When the cat backed away, Nico had stood up.

"Small Bob..." Nico looked down, remembering Percy's story from Tartarus.

The cat tilted his head after hearing his name.
He purred loudly.

"Ugh." Nico moaned.

Nico couldn't see a thing and wasn't sure of what to do. So he sat down and pet the cat until a thought started to form in his head.
Bianca must be in this eternal pit of darkness somewhere.
He stood up again and looked around.
He muttered something about nuggets before setting off.

A/N: A short part, I know. But I hope you're enjoying the story. I'm actually trying my best because I don't want to just end it at a bad point.
