Nico ate a little, then slipped back out into the cool air.
He didn't know exactly what he was doing but while he ate his chicken nuggets, he had felt something. Something to do with Bianca.
Nico spotted a shadowy area near the woods and he went over so no one would see him. If only he could shadow travel to find where Bianca's signals were coming from. There was a connection...
But Nico wasn't sure if he could endure more shadow travelling. As much as he didn't want to admit that Will was right...
Will. He'd hate him for using his powers. Nico had been trying for the past days to connect with Bianca, without success and using up his strength. He had rested some more yesterday, so maybe he could make it this time. He couldn't lose the connection.
Without hesitation, he pulled a chicken nugget from his pocket, willing the ground to absorb it.
It was odd but Nico was somewhat used to the concept now.
Before he got to the actual "connect with the spirits" part, his mind stopped functioning.
It didn't exactly hurt, but there was a dull whir before his mind clicked off and he collapsed.A/N: Sorry for such short parts, but I'm slowly getting the flow back to this story! (Rick Riordan's amazing characters) -M
