Hyunjung kept the hot water bag in the end.

When Jiyeon saw that she was about to get angry, she immediately opened her mouth to explain.

She described how she first bought the hot water bag, the style she chose, and how she happened to get the wrong one.

She completely spelled out the ins and outs of this purchase.

Her desire to live was very strong.

Hyunjung paid attention the entire time, and her expression gradually eased out.

It seemed like she didn’t plan on arguing with her anymore.

She secretly observes her little expression and finally lets out a breath of relief internally.

Just as she was about to speak again, she heard this person mutter something in a low voice, “So you just happened to buy it while shopping with a friend.”

“It wasn’t specifically for me.”

She even stressed the word “specifically”.

She seemed to still be angry!

Jiyeon was about to cry.

She sighed, and as she did feel a bit embarrassed, she softly spoke again.

She asked her cautiously, “Why don’t you give it to me for now? I’ll change it to a prettier-looking one later, and I promise I won’t get it wrong this time!”

“And I’ll even buy it specifically just for you.”

Her tone carried an air of flattery and pampering that she didn’t realize.

Hyunjung was taken aback when she heard those words, and her cheeks suddenly felt warm.

She was silent, then nodded almost subconsciously.

Seeing her consent, Jiyeon quickly stepped forward to take the hot water bag away.

But before she could touch it, as though suddenly remembering something, Hyunjung grabbed the pig and moved back a few steps.

“?”

Did she change her mind?

“President Kim, is there something wrong?”

“It’s fine. Do you have a lot of money or something? Why buy so many hot water bags? It’s not like this one isn’t useable.”

“Plus . . . you already brought it here, it doesn’t make sense to take it back again.”

She placed the hot water bag on the table as she spoke.

She’s keeping in.

And according to what she said, it seemed to be because she wanted to help her save money. Jiyeon suddenly felt moved.

“You can go now.” Hyunjung glanced at her, evidently a little embarrassed, then waved her hand to shoo her away. “Hurry up and return to work.”
