Millie's head laid on Tommy's bare chest as it slowly rose and fell. After finding out about his dreams Millie woke up multiple times to make sure he wasn't having night terrors. She softly played with his fingers as he slept. She watched as his usual hard face was now soft and relaxed.

"Morning my love." he croaked as his eyes fluttered open.

"Good morning love." Millie grinned, caressing his face.

He closed his eyes as he let her caress his cheek. She couldn't help but slightly tug at his wavy morning hair.

"Still in the mood eh?" Tommy smirked as he opened his eyes and watched her.

"No but I think you are." She laughed as he pinned her down.

"Oh love." he said as his eyes widened a bit.

"Whats wrong?" She asked, looking at him confused.

"I might've gone over board." He laughed, getting off her and motioning to the mirror.

She slightly frowned as she made her way to the mirror in the corner of the room. Her eyes widened as she saw the bruise like marks trialing down from her neck to both of her breasts. She turned to Tommy who was sitting on the bed, watching her amused.

"Thomas!" She huffed, glaring at the blue eyed man who was checking her out.

"I claimed what is mine." He smirked, gently grabbing her arms and pulling her onto him.

"How am I going to cover them?" She asked as he rested his head on her shoulder.

"You don't have to." He murmured as he moved her hair and kissed her neck.

He wrapped his arms around her small torso and smiled down at her. No matter how rough things got for the two Tommy knew Millie would be the mother to his children one day. As he kissed the spots where he had left marks he couldn't help but smile. No-one had ever made Tommy feel safe, protected, and loved like Millie did. He loved everything about her and just being near her made his heart melt.

Tommy often thought about asking her to marry him but something always came up. At the moment he was dealing with the inspector, Ada, and the blonde barmaid who somehow managed to drive him crazy. Tommy sighed and finally released Millie, it was getting late and he still had business to tend to.

Millie stood and began to put some clothes on, Tommy watching her every movement.

"Just so you know, I did leave a few marks on you too." She said with a playful smile before walking out the door.

Tommy stood and saw the small love bites on his collarbone. He smiled to himself as he shook his head and began to get ready for the day. As Millie made her way into the kitchen, she tried her best to cover the marks on her neck with her hair.

"Good morning Millie." Arthur smiled to her as she entered the kitchen.

"Morning love." She smiled back, going to start on the food.

"I heard you two yelling last night, everything alright?" He asked as he watched her buzz around the kitchen.

"Yessir, we've cleared everything up. We're okay now." She said softly as she topped off his tea.

"Did he hit you?!" He asked as he caught a glimpse of a mark.

"N-no!" She stuttered as she tried to cover it up.

"Let me see Millie." He commanded, standing up.

"It's nothing Arthur, I promise." She blushed, looking away.

"Millie." He said sternly, standing in front of her.

"He did not hit me, they're-"

"Love bites." Tommy said, cutting her off as he sat down.
