Am I in?

My palms were sweating so hard, my heart bumping wildly. I knew this couldn't end well. But I decided to stay strong. He can't ask me that. So that's what I decided to tell him. "It's a personal thing", I said. He just gave me a look obviously expecting more. How can he be doing this to me? I don't even know him. It's none of his business. I got pretty angry. "It's not your job to ask me about my personal life! I can't talk about that with someone I barely know." "Well, you'll have to trust me," he answered completely cool, like I didn't just yell at him, and oh, it just pissed me off so hard: "Trust you? How am I supposed to trust you? I just met you. I don't know you well enough. I'm not telling you anything." I answered in a confident loud voice. He looked at me for a few seconds again, looking a bit impressed. And then I realized what I had just done. I yelled at my possible future boss?! No no no no no... The last thing I need right now is to be rated as 'emotionally unstable' and some crap like that. I should apologise. "I am so sorry I really didn't mean-" "rule number 6; never say you're sorry, it's a sign of weakness." how does he stay this calm so easily? With years of training, I can't do it and he's just... Huh. I didn't know what to say. "Um.. Okay?" "yeah." I was so embarassed. I couldn't look at his eyes again so I looked away. Then his phone started ringing and the awkward situation ended. "Yeah? Thanks, we're on our way." he just turned and walked away, but I yelled to stop him "Hey! What am I supposed to do now?" and so he turned, still walking and lifting his shoulders: "I don't know, do the paperwork!" ..Right, the paperwork. So I'm in? But he didn't give me my badge. I wanted to ask him, but when I looked at the direction he left, he wasn't there anymore. So I walked around,  and found myself in a big orange room. Desks with computers, big screens... "Squad room" I whispered. And then I heard an elevator 'ding' and saw Gibbs and the three others running in and grabbing their gear by their way. The elevator closed and I was left alone. I walked to the desks they ran from. First one on my right had an unwrapped piece of chocolate left. Clumsy. Probably one of the boys. First one on the left had a little Israelic flag. Hm, an Izraeli. Could be Mossad. Not sure if it's a female or a male. So I kept walking and studying desks. I was having fun doing this. I used to do that with my dad as a kid, creating characters and personalities based on their homes, clothes, stuff they kept... Second desk on the right, a different computer, a bit more Technology thingies. Yep, this was definitely the tech the director had mentioned. I wanted to turn around and take a look at the desk on the left when someone interrupted me.
