Chapter - 9

Third person's POV

ANIKA : I have decided I will tell everyone about Ishaan and my relationship.

NITIKA : what!!!!

Nitika was looking at Anika with big eyes. She was surprised to hear this from her sister.

ANIKA : why are you looking at me like that? Don’t you think it’s a good idea?

NITIKA : of course, it’s a good idea. I told you on the first day when I had accidentally known about your relationship, to tell everyone but you rejected me. So I am confused, now what happened suddenly that you want to tell everyone? Wait…are you planning to marry him?  ( Asked
excitedly)

ANIKA : I love him so, of course, I will marry him one day. (rolled her eyes)

NITIKA : yaayy, hey, I will design your dress. You have to let me do that –

ANIKA : hey! Hey! Hey! Stop your blabbering. I will marry him but not right now. I have no
plan for marriage right now.

NITIKA : Then? ( asked frowningly )

ANIKA : what then? I want to tell everyone that doesn’t mean I want to get married now. I want to tell everyone because I am feeling, I am betraying everyone. I am
telling lies to all of them, which I don’t like at all. ( said making a downcast face)

NITIKA : hmm… understand. I know you hate lies. But di, you have done it because they have left no other choice for you, if you would have told them then definitely
they would find something bad about Ishaan bhai and have broken your
relationship. Because for dad no one is good enough for his daughters. I am
afraid what will dad do when he will know I like Mihir??(said with a worried
face)

Anika has talked with Mihir, he has told her that he doesn’t love anyone. Though Anika
has some doubt about that statement she has told this Nikita. So Nikita
again has become very serious about Mihir.

ANIKA : hey selfish, first think about my relationship. Yours have a lot of time and of
course, I will help you. So now concentrate on mine. Here I am afraid of how papa and others will react when they will
know I am in a relationship with Ishaan for almost one year and didn’t inform
them. And you are thinking about yourself! ( said in a vexed face)

NITIKA : yeah…yeah…I know, sorry. Now tell me what is Ishaan bhai's opinion about it?
Have you told him?

ANIKA : yes… I have told him.

FLASHBACK

ANIKA : Ishaan I was thinking to tell our family about our relationship.

With a screening sound, the car halted. because of this sudden break, they jerked
forward.

ANIKA : what the fu*k man!!!

ISHAAN : hey, That’s not a nice word for a lady to say.

Anika rolled her eyes hearing this.

ANIKA : It’s also not nice to stop the car suddenly. Why did you abruptly stop the car?

ISHAAN: If you suddenly say something like that then what will you expect me to do?

Anika stared at Ishaan strangely. She was a little afraid, she thought Ishaan doesn’t want
their relationship known by others. She was afraid that Ishaan is also like her
previous boyfriends. She will not be able to handle another heartbreak. She
thought Ishaan will be happy to hear that She (Anika) wants to disclose their
relationship to their family but seeing his shocked reaction she was sad. She
felt her father and her brothers were right, she shouldn’t date anyone by
herself, she always likes the wrong person. Her eyes started to well up because
of the sad feelings in her heart.

Seeing tears falling from Anika's eyes Ishaan was confused. He didn’t understand why
suddenly Anika started crying. He confusingly asked Anika what happened to her.

ANIKA : don’t you take our relationship seriously? Am I a time pass for you? ( asked in a sobbing tone)

Hearing this Ishaan became bewildered. He didn’t understand why was she (Anika) saying these nonsenses things
suddenly?

ISHAAN : what happened to you? Why are you crying? And why are you saying these nonsenses?

ANIKA : Nonsenses? You are looking so shocked hearing that I want to tell everyone about our relationship. You don’t want that… right? You don’t take our relationship
seriously… right?

ISHAAN : Idiot!! Oh god! your brain is empty. If you suddenly said these
things, of course, I will be shocked. You have always said that after your last
break up whenever you tried to date anyone, your father or brothers objected
that, so you don’t want to disclose our relationship but now you are suddenly
saying you want to tell everyone, how do you expect me to react?

ANIKA : so you mean…you have no problem if I inform my family about our relationship?

Ishaan smiled hearing her question.
