Chapter - 23

Third Person's POV

Anika ran towards her room cryingly, following behind her Gullu and Kanishk also ran behind her.

Anik and Nitika was standing like a statue till now. They still couldn’t able to believe
all the information they heard today. They both were continuously looking at each other as if they both want to
confirm what they heard was actually true.

Ishaan left the house with his mother, worry was clearly visible on his mother’s face. As
per everyone’s understanding of Ishita’s character, she should be happy
about this… but there was no sign of happiness on her face, rather there was
sadness and worriedness.

When Ishaan was leaving the house, he looked back towards the window of Anika’s room and saw Anika was standing there, she was also looking at him after some seconds of eye contact, she closed the window. Ishaan smiled and mumbled “ I am
giving you some time to calm down , I will not give up on our relationship so
easily and I also not let you do that.”

After Ishaan and his mom left the house, Mihir also took Rishi and his grandparents home. Mihir knew his dad was hurt very much by Anika’s words. He was also hurt by her words. He will talk with her later. He needs to tell her some other truth which she
doesn’t know. But now his dad needed him. Mihika followed behind them happily.
She was happy about this outcome.

There was also one very happy person… Tanisha. She was very happy about
everything that happened with Anika. She went near Anik.

TANISHA : Anik baby, didn’t you know about this truth? Oh god, I still can’t believe all
this. She will be very sad… she used to behave like she is the boss of this
house and today she came to know she is actually-

ANIKA : Tanisha, please leave the house before I do anything I regret. I know you don’t like my Di, but please don’t say anything you will regret in future. You can leave now.

Anik and Nitika both looked at each other and they also went towards the way to their
sister's room.

Tanisha was angry at Anik's behaviour but She didn’t mind much because she was very happy hearing this news today.

Karan and Kabir handle all the guests and media. They talked with the media not to
disclose this news but they know it will be difficult to hide it anymore.
Because so many guests were present. So this news will spread soon.

Aniket doesn’t care about what everyone will think. He only cares about his children.
What will his children think? Seeing that Anik and Niti also ran behind Anika…
he was a little satisfied that his children’s relationship will not ruin by this
truth. But Anika… knows she loves her siblings but how will she react to
them? He was thinking many things but Anika’s last words were echoing in his
ear continuously ‘I hate you all… you all are liars.”

Aniket’s POV

Finished… everything is finished. All these years the truth I have been hiding, finally
came out and made my nightmare true.

My little sweetheart… my daughter…Anika hates me. She thinks me a liar. Why not… I lied to her. I lied to her about her real identity. I have hidden her real identity
from her. I knew it.

No no I have to talk to her. She can’t hate me. I love her. I have never differentiated
between her and Niti. No, she can’t hate me. She cannot call my love pity. No
my love isn’t Pity. I love her like my own daughter. In my arms, she had cried
first after coming into this world. It was me who had taught her everything. Holding
my hand she has learned to walk. She first called papa, not mumma. She can’t
call my love Pity. No no I will not accept it. She is my daughter and no one can
change it.

Third Person’s POV

PAYEL : I have told you guys you should tell her everything before.

ANISHA : that wouldn’t have changed anything.

PAYEL : That would . We could have calmly told her everything. Not like a sudden bomb. She was sad not just because she isn’t Aniket’s biological daughter but she was sad
because we have all lied to her. Today all relationships became a lie to her.
Today’s news was a shock for Nik and Niti also.

KRITIKA : Did I do wrong saying the truth? Will it affect my children’s relationship?

ANISHK : No bua, you didn’t. Just give her some time… she will be ok and Nik and Niti's
relationship with Anika will not affect at all. I know… they love their Di very much.

ANISHA : Anishk, why were you not shocked hearing this?

PAYEL : Because he knew… Anishk, Kanishk and gullu… they all knew. I have already told
them everything. They should at least know everything about their sister. So
that they can at least protect her.

Everyone now thought maybe Payel was right, they should have told Anika everything before.

KARAN  : but I don’t understand one thing how did Ms. Shrivastav find out everything today?… no actually not everything… she had
said Anika’s father is unknown.

Gullu came towards them running and said something in his father’s ear.

In the Ahuja house…

Mihika was happily humming a song when doing her nails paint. At this moment the door of his room opened with force from outside and Mihir entered the room with a very angry face.

MIHIR : It was you… right?

MIHIKA : What are you talking about?

MIHIR : Don’t act innocent Mrs. Mihika Ahuja… ohh I forgot to tell you very soon I will snatch this identity of yours. You will 
divorce my dad. Start your countdown Ms. Mihika Agarwal… the moment I will
get the proof that you were behind today’s incident.. I will make your life
miserable than hell. My dad, my sister are hurt… now you will see what a son, a
brother will do to take revenge for their every tears.

MIHIKA : Mihir,  I am your mother!

MIHIR : Huuh! Mother! Who? Where was this mother when I used to have fever in
childhood? Where was this mother when I fractured my foot? I have never gotten you near me when I need you… now you suddenly remember you are my mother… ha!

Saying this Mihir was coming out of the room but he suddenly stopped and looked back.

MIHIR : one more thing…also inform your father to start the countdown of his misery. You made my dad cry… I will make yours. I hope you know what he had done with my
biological father.

Giving a devilish smile Mihir left the room and Mihika stood in the room with a pale face.
