"I'm sorry if you blame me, if I were you I would."

When they arrived at the main entrance, the reaction that they got was different than what she expected.
She expected a shocked silence, or maybe even an excited crowd, but when they got there it was no more than a couple of dragons scattered around. Who, by the way, were not even paying attention to them.
"Well, I guess it is pretty early in the morning." Said Moon, almost as if she was reading her mind. Oh, I'm such a slug brain, she thought. Moon is a mind reader!
I guess having sky fire makes you forget. I wish I hadn't lost it, she thought.
It was during her suntime, a few weeks ago. It was a rather ordinary day in the rainforest. Hot, humid, and sunny. Glory was off at jade mountain visiting her friends, and had left Grandeur in charge.
She didn't even realize it until someone mentioned a yellow dragon poking around at her feet. Moon, as always, was with Qibli at Jade Mountain.
The small dragon had snatched her little anklet, and disappeared before Kinkajou could wake up from her dreamy state.
Such an inconvenience, really.
Moon just approached the entrance, before a Seawing came barreling out in front of her.
"Moons above, I'm sorry I'm late! It wasn't intentional, but Starflight needed help in the library and I was busy!" She rushed out, panting for breath.
Moon's expression was one of surprise, but it morphed into happiness at the sight of the elder Seawing. "Tsunami! It's no worries...not a big deal. The library is important."
"To some dragons, yes," she said. "To me, I could live without it." Tsunami turned to the others. "Hello, Sundew, Blue, Cricket, blue dragon I don't know, and Luna. How are you?"
"Good." Luna said. "Great!" Cricket cheered. "Fine." Sundew said. "Are you guys touring jade mountain?" she asked.
"Hey, as the blue dragon you don't know, I want to. The name's Swordtail."
"We're about to!" answered Kinkajou, completely ignoring Swordtail and pushing Blue forward indignantly.
"Awesome. Can I help you guys? Clay made me." Tsunami added, rolling her eyes and giving them a grin.
"Oh...sure." Sundew deadpanned, with an 'enthusiastic' claw pump. "More dragons."
"Hey! Be nice... and yeah. Sure. Go ahead." Blue approved, his four wings fluttering slightly and contradicting his words.
This did not escape the watchful eye of Cricket, who pulled him aside. "Are you okay?"
He let out a sigh, shaking his head.
"Not really. I should expect you to know when I'm upset," he gave a humorless laugh. "I feel like I'm being watched... I'm worried for our safety."
Cricket slung her arm around him, blue clashing with her bright gold scales. "No worries! Let's bring it up to Tsuna-"
The turquoise dragon popped up in front of her. "Tell me what?"
"Blue feels like we're being watched. Is this safe?" Cricket asked confidently, and Tsunami waved it off. "Yep! Perfectly safe."
They began the tour of the large academy, walking into a few classes and distracting many of the students. Cricket waved to the small dragonets excitedly, and the others just stayed to the side.
Tsunami had left with a few of the group members, leaving the others to show the Pantalian dragons the underground lake.
(The group down here consists of:
Blue, Winter, Turtle, Willow, Qibli, and Luna)Turtle dove straight into the cold water when the reached the pool, causing another dragon to rise up. Her navy and gold scales were easily recognizable, along with the small seaweed blindfold she wore.
Tamarin.
She turned to them, wrinkling her nose in confusion. "Hello?"
Blue gave a wave. "Hey there... very small dragon the same color as me." Tamarin nodded, giving him a shy smile. "Have you seen-"
She suddenly ducked slightly, turning her head before diving under. She came back up a few seconds later with Turtle, and was gripping his arm in a panic.
"We have to go! There's someone here!"
Winter whirled toward the doorway, as a black cloaked figure bearing a symbol familiar to Qibli appeared in the doorway.
Winter's eyes widened, also noticing the figure and the medallion. He flew toward the ceiling, his spiked tail smashing the shards of rock.
"Qibli, go!!"
That's the only time he's ever said Qibli's full name with that much urgency... Turtle realized, as Qibli flew through the hole.
Goodluck, Qibli. He thought as the cloaked figures closed in.
