Welcome to Foreign Affairs! I'm so excited to show you what I've been working on and, of course, give the Prince Luke content I feel like the fandom has been waiting for. Before the story begins, I wanted to show you all the face claims, aesthetics and drop content warnings.

Not all this music was released before the time this story takes place but these are songs that kind of guide where the story is going. The playlist will be updated every time there is a chapter update. So the entire story will be documented by music and the playlist will go in somewhat chronological order.

Description: Prince Luke of La Gracía, second in line for the throne after his brother Ashton, was always meant to have his love and loyalty lie with a prominent Duchess' daughter but the multitude of obstacles in the way extinguished their flame long before it could start. For the first time, Luke secretly discovers anonymity, the art of rebellion and free love all the while knowing it will vanish from his fingers if it ever gets out. He's only known love to end in tragedy; he spends every month of 1999 begging the universe for Violet to be different.

This story is about new adults and therefore the language and lives they lead will be that of adults. For those who are uncomfortable with these topics, Foreign Affairs may not be for you. I will not be tagging individual chapters with content warnings so these are overall topics that will be explored multiple times throughout.

Other Disclaimers! I am not an expert in politics in the slightest so there will undoubtedly be things I gloss over when they are unimportant to the storyline(s). Things aren't going to be exactly accurate on government levels, I'm sure, so I apologize to whom that's going irk. I am also basing this in 1999 for some reasons that will become more known as the story continues but there will be a few times I'm gonna need everyone to look away while I smudge some timelines together.
