The Day That Wasn't

I sit on my childhood bed as my stomach's growling. I'm not hungry I'm just getting sick. It's like 11:00 by now and neither me nor Diego got a good night's sleep since I was up puking all night long. 

" Guess those bread sticks weren't a good idea after all." 

" I regret nothing." Diego chuckled at my response and Luther knocked on the door. 

" Can you, can you really see Ben?" 

" Yeah, yeah I can. He says he missed hanging out with us."

" If you see him later can you tell him, that I've um, I've missed him?" 

" Of course honey." Luther knocks on the door interrupting our conversation. 

" Come in!" 

" Am I interrupting anything guys?" Luther opens the door covering his eyes with his hand.

" No, we're both dressed." 

" Oh, okay, good. Um... It's good you guys are up. We need to talk. Come on. Allison's brought coffee."

" Coffee?" I look at Luther disgusted.

" You, you love coffee. Y/n do you have a fever?" Diego places his hand on my forehead but I push it away. 

" I'm fine... I don't know.. We'll be right down Luther."

" Are you sure you're okay?"

" Yeah. I am. It's probably because my period's late it's no big deal." 

" Alright well, here you go come on." He throws an oversized jacket to me and I catch it.

" Three days?" Allison's handing us our coffees but Diego pushes her hand away seeing I'm already getting pale just by the thought of coffee.

" That's what Five said."

" The old bastard did mention the apocalypse, come to think of it. He just left out the part about how soon."

" Um... Well..." I try talking but everyone ignores me.

" But can we trust him? I don't know if you've noticed, but Five's a little." Ali whistles moving her finger in circles next to her head. 

" Our little psycho."

" He was pretty convincing. If he wasn't trying to stop an apocalypse, from happening, those two lunatics wouldn't be chasing him." 

" Yeah, we know..." Diego says.

" What do you mean you know?" Allison looks at us and we look at each other. 

" He told Y/n. That's why we got married literally a day after reuniting."

" And you didn't think of telling us?" She raises her voice. 

" Hey, you know what, Klaus was there when Five was telling me, if he hadn't been so high he would've known, and Vanya knows as well, maybe he didn't feel like he could trust you two with that information."

" And he trusted you? You're basically a stranger to him."

" Allison don't push me right now."

" How could you do this Y/n? I mean I could've been with my daughter."

" No you couldn't have. What would you have done? Rumored Patrick into letting you see her?"

" I heard a rumor, you--" I disappear so that she doesn't know where to rumor at and re-appear. 

" Don't pull that shit on her Allison." Diego stands up.

" I heard a rumor that-"

" You heard a rumor? I heard a rumor you stopped using your power on us." Allison's eyes turned white as I told her and she took a few steps back and tried rumoring me and Diego again but couldn't.
