" So y/n honey, now that Five's gone. You're sleeping over?"

" No, mom. I have a child at home."

" Oh, yes, Lila told me, I'm a grandmother. Ah, I can't believe it. The baby, has a baby. I'm looking forward to meeting Gigi."

" Yeah..."

" Look honey, I'm going to be straightforward with you. Lila! Come out!" 

" Lila." 

" Hey y/n."

" Oh my god you're okay." I run and hug her and she hugs back. 

" Course I am. What'd you think?" 

" Girls, girls. Sit down. Now, because you've proved that we can trust you, y/n, honey, I want you to come with me and Lila back to the commission to raise your daughter. It's the safest place."

" What about Diego?"

" Why do you care so much about that big taco?" Lila looks at me.

" Because he's my husband and I love him. Mom."

" You need to choose honey, Five's not going to be able to complete his task, we all know this. All I want is to keep my grand-daughter safe."

" I don't know mom. I mean, I can't just disappear. My family needs me."

" Honey we are your family. Me and Lila, and your daughter. I must be honest with you, you guys are not going to make it out alive. What would you do for your child?"

" Anything, anything to keep her safe."

" So, you give her to me, I take her to the commission, shit hits the fan, she stays safe and alive and has a bright future ahead of her." 

" I- I can't leave her. Not like you left me..."

" Oh, please y/n, she won't even remember you, I'm telling you. The Swedes, they're after you and Diego, they know about Gigi and they will no longer listen to Commission, they won't stop until they get her. I only want to keep her safe." 

" I-- Mom, I, that's my child, I carried her for nine months, I- I- gave birth to her, all this time, I was taking care of her."

" And it's time to take a break. Come on honey. Me and Lila, we're going to take care of her, until, you guys make it back to 2019, then I'll give her back. I promise."

" I need to think."

" Of course you do honey, but remember the Swedes are on their way." 

" Yeah, well, good night mom. Bye Lila." 

" Goodnight peach."

" Bye y/n."
I close the door behind me and walk home crying. It's at least 12 by now, and I can't believe I'm even considering this but I think I'm going to give Gigi to my mom. I mean, everything she said back at the hotel, she was right. If it keeps her safe, I must do it. I arrive at my home and start packing some of Gigi's clothes in a big bag. I teleport at Elliot's place invisible and see Gigi sleeping in her stroller. My little angel. I can't believe I'm doing this. I quietly pick her up and teleport a few blocks down where I left the bag and a baby basket. I walk to mom's room and knock on the door. Still crying. 

" Y/n, honey come in."
 I walk in and see Lila's been crying too. 

" I, here's her stuff."
Mom takes the basket and bag off my hands barely giving me any attention looking at Gigi.

" Mom.."

" Yes, peach?"

" Don't let her forget about me... please... and tell her the truth in case I don't make it."
