"Logan," I repeat.

"What the fuck?" Hadley asks, furrowing her eyebrows.

"Hadley Rose Stacy, watch your language," my mother scolds Hadley, who rolled her eyes in response.

"What does he want?" She asks, starting to feel defensive. "He's having a healthy relationship with Ashley and you're happy with Jamie, what does he want?"

"I don't know," I plainly reply. "He just wanted to meet up."

"He better back off because Jamie owns you already," she replies, crossing her arms like she's the boss of everything. The reason why he wanted to meet privately because Hadley's controlling everything I do and with friends I hang out with. Logan's probably going to apologize, although, it's okay because I understand him.

"Would you shut up, Hadley?" I exclaim. "He practically needs a favor or needs help with the photos! You just jump to conclusions! Can you just back off a little?"

My parents close their mouths and widen their eyes. Whatever. "Can I have some little privacy in my life?"

I storm up to my room, holding the bouquet of daisies that Logan gave to me. I put it on my table and put the card beside it. My phone rings and I am very surprised to see the caller I.D.

"Ashley?" I answer and she sobs in response. Ashley and I haven't talked since the incident in the mall.

"Ashley? What's wrong?" I ask again.

"B-Beth," she stutters. "Beth, oh my god! I'm so sorry!"

"Ashley," I sigh. "It's okay. What really happened? Why did you call?"

"Logan," she squeaks. "Logan. I broke up with Logan." What the fuck?

"What the hell?" I exclaim. "What the fuck happened?"

"It h-happened last two days ago. I-it was my lunch break. I went to the local bakery and buy some pastries, so I can eat them in my office. Suddenly, I saw Logan. I want to surprise him, so I followed him. He went to a flower shop and bought a bouquet of daisies but--" she sighs and continues, "I realize that I don't like daisies like who the fuck like daisies?-- no offense because you like daisies-- so I began to think, is he cheating on me?--"

"Ashley?" I say with fingers shaking. I am the reason.

"Please listen to me, Beth. When I went to my apartment, the flowers weren't there. I suddenly had an idea of tracking Logan so did. I  tracked his calls and texts because I need to know who's girl she's dating. I saw that he's cheating on me because there's this one girl who he sends messages everyday. I had the guts to tell him that I don't love him anymore but still- I still love him, Beth... Why am I that stupid to let him go?" So that's why Logan said like there was some stalking him... It's Ashley. Her own ex.

"I told you from the start that you shouldn't have dated him," I dumbly say.

"I know," she confesses. "I should've listened to you. I'm sorry Beth, for everything. From ignoring you, judging you, and getting angry at you for no reason. I am very sorry."

"I understand," I reply.

"Can you tell Logan that I have always loved him if you ever make up with him?" She asks.

"Sure."

"Thank you very much," she says. "I love you so much, Beth."

"Love you too, bye now." I say, hanging up.
