Scott and Stiles were walking in the wood talking. Meanwhile Madelyn was also in the woods following the two boy trying to get some more information to prove she is right. The Hybrid walked far from the two boys so they wouldn't see or maybe even sense her but she was close enough so she can hear them talk.
"I don't know what it was. It was like I had all the time in the world to catch the ball." Scott paused for a second to jump a branch, "And that's not the only weird thing. I can hear stuff I shouldn't be able to hear. Smell things."
"Smell things? Like what?" Stiles asked confused furrowing his eyebrows
"Like Mint Mojito gum in your pocket." Scott says point at Stiles pocket.
"I don't even have any Mint Mojito..." Stiles was saying as he was searching his pocket and took out the Mint Mojito gum that was really in his pocket which made him seem more confuse on how did he know. "So all this started with the bite." Stiles stated making Madelyn smiled and thinks to herself 'I knew it.'
"What if it's like an infection, like my body's flooding with adrenaline before I go into shock or something?" Scott says trying to figure out what was going on with him.
"You know what? I actually think I've heard of this. It's a specific kind of infection." The Stilinski boy told his friend.
"Are you serious?" Scott asked shocked.
"Yeah. Yeah, I think it's called Lycanthropy."
"What's that? Is that bad?" The McCall boy began to panic a little.
"Oh, yeah, it's the worst. But only once a month." Stiles says making Scott pause where he was standing.
"Once a month?" Scott ask thinking of girls on there periods.
"Mmm-hmm." Stiles hums nodding his head, "On the night of the full moon." The Stilinski boy then began to mimic a wolf howling making Scott shove him. "Hey, you're the one who heard a wolf howling." Stiles laughs.
"That's not true I think the new girl from our English class heard it too." Scott says making Madelyn eyes widen as to how did he know what she heard.
"You mean Madelyn St. John. How do you know?" Stiles asked confuse.
"Because before she went into the classroom she was waiting in the hallway and I heard her on the phone talking to another girl on the other line." Scott said making Madelyn think back to her conversation she was having with Lizzie.
"What did she say?" Stiles asked with curiosity.
"She said she heard something last night when she was out...hunting." Scott informs his best friend who thinks that he is joking.
