⚠️A liiiiittle smut in the end⚠️

As you see Chrissy disappear into the woods, you see Eddie follow her, but it doesn't really look like Chrissy had noticed Eddie being right behind her. You slowly start to follow them, but you stop yourself before you reach the woods. "No! What the fuck, respect peoples privacy y/n." You sigh and turn around, but you didn't start walking, you just stood there. "But.. what if somethings wrong and I should check on Chrissy?" You turn towards the woods again and take a step forward. "Fuck.." you whisper.

As you start to walk into the woods for the second time that day, you could hear their voices in the distance, but you didn't understand what they were talking about, not yet at least. You lean down a bit, sneaking up closer to the open place with the bench. You can see them both sitting at the bench, and Eddie was definitely showing off some drugs, selling them to Chrissy. Disappointment hits you.

Even though you were told that Eddie was a dealer, you really did hope Ruth was wrong. That Eddie was actually nice, just a metal head who just liked rock music, not drugs. You let out a sigh.. again. Almost covering your mouth after you'd let it out, because you realised that it was a lot louder then you expected. Reality hits you again. You were spying on this deal that was happening, and it was happening all the way out here for a reason. People shouldn't know about this, about their deal. Especially you, you didn't even know any of them. Not like you thought you did at least, Eddie seemed like such a nice guy. Yes of course he could be nice even though he was a dealer. But your experiences said something else, and you didn't dare hanging out with a dealer. You never knew how it could end up.

Home... you really should just go home. So that's what you did, you turn around and walk away. Chrissy was safe, she knew what was happening, there wasn't a reason for you to be there.

As you're walking home, you realise that you want to watch a movie and grab some snacks on the way home. You've heard something about a place that rents out the best movies, it was in the "Main Street" in Hawkins... if you could even call it that. Lucky for you, it's not too far away from your little house. So as you're walking home, you decide to go there first, grab a movie and go home.

——Little time skip——

You look though the windows of all the shops down the street, there was actually some great shops there. One day you were going back to buy some new clothes and new interior for your home. You just needed some money first, and for that, you needed a job.

Suddenly you spot it. Family video store. Must be there right? It was worth a shot at least. You push the door open and take a little look around before you see someone behind the counter in front of you.

"Hello and welcome to the family video store! Can I help you out with something? Looking for a romantic movie, maybe some good action? Or uhm.. yeah.." The slightly older boy says quite confidently, but definitely losing the confidence at the end there. You smile at him and giggle. "Hello, I'm just having a look." You answer as you start walking around the shop. "Just ask me if you need me, or I mean something, if you need... something.. fucking hell Steve." He sighs at himself and you giggle as you look through some movies. You could also hear another girls laughter behind the counter, she just walked out from the back. "Smooth one Harrington.. you're getting a bit better.. but.. there's definitely room for improvement." She laughs, not really trying to be discreet about it, and you could feel her eyes on you.

As you look around one movie finally caught your eye. The classical E.T. You had seen it before of course, but there was just something about it. It was almost revolutionary in the movie industry, you could tell from the moment you saw it at the cinema. You grab it and walk over to the counter, back to the boy with the greatest hair you'd ever seen.. well.. maybe not the best, but it was fucking good.

"So E.T? Great movie, it's very cool. Very action and.. yeah. Anyway have you been here before? I need a name and address to register you and the movie." You chuckle again at the boy, looking down at the name tag before you looking up again. "Of course.. Steve. It's y/n.. y/l/n." You smile at him and tell him the rest of the information that he needs, you lean a bit to the side and look at the girl with the short hair who's standing behind him. She notice you looking at her and smiles at you. "Hello! I'm Robin! Are you new to the town? I feel like I haven't seen you around before?" Wow.. she was a good guesser. "That's right. I'm new and just moved here." You decided just to stick with that, more information wasn't really necessary.

"Cool! Welcome to Hawkins then, and enjoy your movie!" She said as you turned around, about to leave. They were pretty nice, but you were definitely in the mood to just head home and enjoy this movie, just like Robin said. "Thank you, and I will!" You said as you grab the door to leave, you smile at the both of them and walk outside.

——time skip again——

You sat down in your couch, having just put the movie in and about to press play. After you'd picked out a movie you went to the grocery store and just bought some chips and soda, getting ready for a relaxing night. You pressed play on the movie and opened the soda, taking a sip before placing it back onto the table. You leaned back, fixing the pillows before you just decided to lay down and watch the movie like that. So that's what you did, watched the movie and grabbed some chips at times. Watching movies alone was either very fun and relaxing, or just fucking lonely. Now you couldn't really tell if you liked it or not. You would rather watch it with someone.. the problem was just that you didn't have anyone to watch it with..

After about half an hour into the movie, your eyes got extremely heavy...

You quickly open your eyes in shock and sit up, breathing heavily from the dream you just had. The end music from E.T was playing on the television. "Holy fuck" you say to yourself. It felt so real, and you could tell that you really did like it but.. "Eddie.." you sigh out. "Fucking Eddie out of everyone.. I literally just met him."  You lay back down, taking your hands to your face and mumbling into your hands.
