Hawkins... A new town for y/n. You needed to get away from everything, and here, in Hawkins, you will have a fresh start. New people will come into your life, and you want to be the best version of yourself. The best part of it all? No one knows you...
"You really don't see it, do you? It's you silly." Eddie says in this shy way, but that smile was still there. "Oh wow. I'm terrible at guessing." You look up at him again, faces a little bit closer this time.
"Yes, yes you are dear..."

After you were finished for the day at school, you talked to Eddie about the movie that the whole group was going to that same night. Standing outside you see Dustin also walking over to you guys that was standing by your car.
"Hi Dustin!" You shouted out and waved at him, he basically screamed out hi back and walked over to you, giving Eddie a hug. As he pulled away from Eddie you could see that Dustin was a bit unsure wether to hug you or not, so you just smiled at him, not inviting for a hug just yet because you honestly felt so awkward about hugging people you barely know. You like hugs.. well.. love them with people you have a connection to. But others.. that can be extremely awkward at times.
"You guys ready for the movie tonight?" Dustin asked with the brightest smile, fiddling a bit with the hem of his hellfire t-shirt. "Yeah I really am! Are we gonna meet up there or?" You ask, looking between him and Eddie. And Eddie was quite quick to respond. "Yeah, but I can pick you up on the way y/n, so we go there together since you.. uhm.. you probably don't know where it is." He explained, looking over at Dustin but avoiding eye contact with him, and Dustin just gave him that confused look.
"Yeah that sounds nice, you can have my number and just call when you'll be there. I'll write my address down as well." You said as you started to find a piece of paper in your backpack, finding a pen as well. You wrote everything down, folding the paper in two, and handed the paper to Eddie, smiling shyly at him and then at Dustin. "I should probably go then, gotta shower, eat and change before the movie!" You say as you grab your car keys and open it up, making the guys move out of the way and waving at you as you got in. They shouted out goodbye as you drove off. Looking in your mirror you still see them both waving at you, making you smile even brighter as you headed home.
——little time skip——
After a few hours you had finished eating a very simple dinner, cleaning up in the kitchen and other places because you suddenly got all this random energy boost. You had also showered, so now you were just walking around with the towel around your head, you hair being wrapped up. Walking over to your bedroom, opening up the doors to the closet and sitting down on your bed, you were thinking about what to wear. It was just the movies so you didn't need anything special. So you decided on wearing these very baggy black jeans and a black see through top with a black bra underneath, it was very comfortable but also fashionable.

After you'd gotten dressed you walked back into the bathroom and did your make up, it was very simple, but something you always needed to put on before you left the house. It was mascara, a bit of eye liner and some lip gloss. Like earlier.. you were just going to the movies so it wasn't such a big deal with the makeup. But you always wanted to look good, not necessarily for others, but for yourself.
After about an hour more you were just waiting on the couch, watching some tv and looking over at the phone.. waiting for the phone call. "God.. please call soon.." you spoke to yourself, getting very bored. And you were the type of person who always looked forward to stuff like this, making you slightly nervous for it and you didn't want to wait one second more.
*phone calls*
You were quick to look over at your phone, almost running towards it and answering it. Please just be Eddie. "Hi?" You say gently, praying for it to be Eddie on the other end of the phone.
"Well hello y/n. Looks like you gave me your real number. I leave my place in a minute so get ready. See you!" Was all Eddie said before he hung up, not letting you speak for a second more. He was probably a bit stressed as well, even though the movie didn't start anytime soon.
You took your shoes on and sat down in the couch again, fiddling with your fingers and looking out through the window to see if anyone was there yet. Let's just say that you were extremely nervous yet very excited. It wasn't a date, not at all! But it definitely felt like it in a way, even though you barely knew each other and there was going to be a lot more people there as well. Maybe your hope were too high. You really just wanted someone to be with and the chance that Eddie would just talk to the other guys was quite high. You were the new one, you were the freak in this group since no one really knew you.
In the middle of your thoughts you suddenly heard a knock on the door, making you turn around and walk towards it. You slowly opened the door, seeing the one and only Eddie Munson standing there. He looked you up and down, smiling a little bit. His bangs were getting quite long, so he look at you through them before moving them out of the way. "Hello there sweetheart."
"Well hi there, ready to go?"
Eddie stepped a little to the side and bowed "women first, and I'm very ready my lady" he said as he stood back up straight, making you giggle and waking outside. You locked the door and turned around. "Let's go then.. I'm so ready." He walked over to the car and opened the door for you, you bowed a little at him and laughed before you got into the car.
He ran to the other side and got in, starting the car. The radio blasted out some metal music, making you jump slightly. "Sorry honey, didn't mean to scare you." Eddie turned down the music, but the radio was still on which you didn't mind at all.
"It's alright.. you have great taste in music so I don't mind at all."
"Good. Ready to meet some of my friends? If it's too much, just let me know and we can hang out, just the two of us."
Eddie said, making you just smile because you really didn't know what to answer. It felt like Eddie already knew you, the way he knew it could be too much for you. Too many people and to much noise. He really did seem like a great guy, one of the sweetest boys you'd ever met.

Hi guys! I'm so sorry about being slow at uploading. I'm back in school and there's a lot to do. The class isn't great either and I'm all drained when I get back home. Hopefully this will be better when I'm back in that school rhythm.
And I'm sorry about it being so short and not too good, it will get better once I have more time and motivation☺️
