Dyl dropped me off in front of my house a few minutes later. I thanked him and said goodbye before walking up to my porch

When I walked into the room, I was met with his eyes again. Those hypnotizing brown orbs

I swallowed the lump and walked away to look for my dad. No one saw me but Tom, so I at least didn't have to explain to my brother where I have been

Dad was in the kitchen making popcorn and taking beer from the fridge

"Hey dad," I said softly

He turned around and smiled "hey honey, finally home. I and the boys were excited for your song" he grinned and with a beer and a bowl of popcorn, he pushed me towards the living room where everyone was

"Guys she's here!" Rick cheered while taking popcorn from my dad

"Come on play us the song" one of mike's friends I think Eric, said

"Dad, I thought I'll play it just to you and not for them" I whisper-shouted at him

"Yes, but I told them about the song and they were excited. Come on it'll be fun! It's half-time right now so everyone will listen" dad pointed at the TV. They are watching soccer but now it's a twenty-minute break

"Dad I don't know" I hesitated. Do I want Tom to hear my song? No. Do I want all of my brother's friends to hear my song? No.

"Come on Lil, don't be a pussy" Tom smirked at me. He knows I'll do it when he'll tease me like that

"Fine" I rolled my eyes and went upstairs for my guitar. Gosh lord please let me survive this

I came into the living room again with the guitar in my hands and around my neck

Dad sat on the couch right in front of me, watching me with a smile on his face same as Tom and Rick. The rest of the boys were more like staring at me for some reason.

Mike on the other side wasn't interested at all because he heard the song a hundred times through the wall that separates our rooms.
