"Thank you miss, take it as compensation for not telling you about our relationship" Tom wrapped his hand around my shoulder and kissed the side of my head. I kinda liked the feeling

We told my mom it was just casual dating. That we started talking and catching feelings and that kind of shit. We also told her she's the only one knowing and we want to keep it like that

"You could've told me but it's okay. I'm just glad my daughter finally found herself a boy. Your being attractive is just a bonus" she teased

Tom started laughing while mom rolled her eyes "my honey, I'm telling you he's attractive, not as much as my husband tho, just sayin'. Which reminds me, you could use headphones tonight, I haven't seen my husband for one month" mom wiggled her eyebrows. Her words made me gag

"Mom! Gross!!" I buried my face into my hands making Tom laugh again

"Aww, don't worry miss. Lily will sure have too much trauma she won't fall asleep at all" Tom teased smirking

"Shut uppp, I'm gonna go sleep over at one of my friends. I'm sure they won't mind" I crossed my arms over my chest before taking out my phone and dialing Penn's number

I heard her pick up when my phone was torn away from my ear

"Mistake," Tom said into the phone before hanging up. I looked at him confused "you gonna sleep at mine. I'll somehow sneak you or whatever"

I looked from him to mom. All she did was smile. She really is happy for us, I wonder how she would react to find out it's all fake

"It's okay, tell Mike the same thing if I won't see him today. Anyway, I'm going to take a nap if you excuse me, have fun kids" mom winked as she leave the living room

"What did she mean by that?" I scrunched my eyebrows. Tom gave me the look before pretending to kiss me everywhere while doing a weird noise, I just laughed pushing him away

"Lily! Your friend came here!" Mom's voice interrupted me and Tom from playing poker on my bed

"Just stay here I'll be right back" I put my cards into my pocket not risking him sneaking a peak at them and walked down the stairs

I was on my way to the door when I heard someone talking in the kitchen

"I didn't know you and my daughter are that close" mom said. I walked towards the voice and widened my eyes when I saw Dylan standing there with something like soup in his hand

"Hey?" They both turned around to see me. Dylan smiled and walked towards me to kiss my cheek. I was worried about how my mom would react

"Hey, I heard you don't feel good so I came to give you soup and a warm hug" before he even finished, his hands were wrapped around me
