T.J.'s POV: 15 years later

( I just realized that with the math, this event takes place veeerrryy far into the future, so just please go with it XD )

"So it is my honor, to officially announce, this years graduating class of 2039!" The principle says right before we all throw up our graduation caps into the air.

I can't believe I was already graduating high school. It seemed like just yesterday I had started elementary and was learning how to read, count and all that jazz.

"Dude, how excited are you about finally leaving this place?!" My best friend, Jackson, says while slinging an arm around my shoulder.

"Pretty freaking excited Jax! I think college is going to be so much better though."

"Well of course it's going to be better, all the parties and hot girls!" He says and I just roll my eyes, seeing my parents walk up to us with pride filled eyes.

"Oh congratulations you two! We're so proud of you!" My mom says while hugging the both of us.

"Thanks Mrs. Holland" Jackson says.

"Oh you guys look so grown up! I have to take a picture!"

"Moooom," I groan, earning a death glare from her.

"Oh hush now, smile!"

We both smile at the camera like dorks and I end up getting a few pictures with my parents as well. After that we went out to a nice restaurant to celebrate. Afterwards, Jackson and I went to a couple of parties that the other graduates were having that night.

*~*~*

Move in day

"Well this is it, University of Phoenix." My dad says as we pull up to the front entrance. The place was a pretty decent size and you could see all of the students milling around. I get out of the car and grab my suitcase from the back. Looking around, I try to find Jackson.

Suddenly something, no, someone, crashes right into me.

"Oh god, I'm so sorry!" A female voice says. I look up and am taken aback by how beautiful she is. She has tan skin with long light brown hair, blue eyes and a megawatt smile. She stood there in shorts and a gray tee-shirt holding her suitcase in one hand and what looked to be a camera bag on her shoulder.

"No you're fine, I wasn't watching where I was going." I tell her, giving her a small smile.

"I'm Mackenzie, Mackenzie Mills." She greets and puts out her hand.

"T.J. Holland, nice to meet you Mackenzie." I say and shake her hand. "So let me guess, photography major?"

"Yep, what about you?"

"I'm actually undecided at the moment, but I was leaning towards graphic design."

"Oh that's cool, well I got to go find my room, but it was great meeting you and I hope we see each other around!"

"Same here!" I respond, and with that she takes off towards the buildings.

Not even too much longer after that, Jackson finally shows up.

"So who was that girl you were talking to? Pretty hot, not a bad choice." He says walking beside me.

"That was Mackenzie, she's a photography major. We actually just literally ran into each other."

"Sounds like fate to me!" he jokes.

"Yeah, maybe.."

A/n  So that is the end! I hope you all enjoyed reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it!
