*Chapter 13*

Nandini's pov.

We had our breakfast and then we
both were sitting on the couch. He was working on his laptop and I was just sitting there. As Mr Singania is coming Manik sir has canceled all his meetings. It seems like the deal between them must be very important or else the Manik Malhotra canceling his all the meetings for a person is impossible.

I was thinking this when sir spoke still
looking in his laptop.

Manik - you have to behave properly in
front of them. You have to behave like my wife. You know all that lovey dovey talk. Ok?

What the fuck? Now I have to talk in that lovey dovey manner. Ohh god plse save my tongue from speaking anything bad for him

I - ok sir.

He looked at me and said.

Manik - and don't call me sir in front of them.

I - ok Manik.

He just hummed in response and I asked.

I - when are they going to come sir?

Manik - within 1 hour.

I - shall I go and change?

He answered my question still working in his laptop.

Manik - no you are looking beautiful.

I looked at him with a shocked face as he said this and even he looked at me. We shared a small eyelock which was broke by a servant who said.

Servant to manik - sir the room is ready. I have cleaned the room properly. Do you need any other work to be done sir?

He said in his so called bossy tone.

Manik - no.

Servant nodded and left. Do I really look beautiful to him? Oh god just stop thinking about him Nandu. I have to distract my mind and I think I shall read a book.

I headed to the library and came back with a book.

I sat besides Manik sir maintaining a little distance. I started reading the book and soon an hour passed. That book was so boring and it just irritate me a lot. I kept that book aside but then I heard the sound of footsteps. Manik sir kept aside his laptop and we both stood up.

I saw a guy of around Manik sir's age and a girl who looked in her mid 20s entered the mansion.

We both went towards them.

Manik - hello Mr Singania nice to meet you.

He said forwarding his hand. Mr Singania shook his hand and said.

Mr Singania - nice to meet you too Mr Malhotra and meet my fiance Laura.

Manik smile and said - nice to meet you
miss Laura. Meet my wife Mrs Nandini Manik Malhotra.

Laura - hello Mr and Mrs Malhotra. You
both look so perfect with each other.

Mr Singania - ya just like us.

Mr Singania said keeping his hand on
laura's waist. I and sir look at each other and gave them a fake smile.

Manik - come inside guys and have a seat.

We all went towards couch and settled ourself . I and Manik were sitting besides each other and they both were sitting on the couch which was exactly opposite to us.

Mr Singania - your house is very beautiful Mr Malhotra.

Manik - thank you Mr Singania.

Mr singania - plse Mr Malhotra, you both call me Daniel.
