Entrance to School

"Wow! This place is so huge! I can't believe I actually am here right now!" I was thinking to myself while staring at the edge of the gate entrance to the school. It was huge and painted black with a sign saying "Black Hearts Academy" Engraved at the side.

"This is it! I am here! Time to take my first step at a normal life!" I walked through the big gates and accidentally walked into a young boy a little shorter than me with blue hair and a black eye-patch over his right eye.

"Oh I'm so sorry! I didn't notice you there!" I tried to sound very genuine in my apology, but I don't think it managed to come out that way...

He frowns and looks up at me. "Next time you watch where your going." he is wearing a blue male uniform with a golden emblem on the side saying "Phantomhive"

"Y-Yes I will!" I say bowing, he gives a small nod of approval and walks away.

"I wonder who that was? Is that a special uniform? The one I have is just plain white. It doesn't have an emblem on the side.....maybe he is a rich kid? I think I heard a rumor the rich ones get slightly different treatment." As I stood there blankly thinking to myself another kid ran into me.

"HEY! Watch where you're going you ugly hag!" A boy about the same height as the other one with blonde hair and a purple uniform saying "Trancy" yelled at me.

Well he is rude isn't he?

"Are you listening? I'm telling you to apologize! Is there something missing upstairs hag?" He says displeased.

Is that really what he was saying?

"S-sorry!"

"Good. I'll be nice today. You should be grateful." And with that he ran away.

This school is full of strange people isnt it?

I managed to find my way to the entrance ceremony thanks to the help of a little snake that I followed. When I got into the room in noticed 3 different uniforms of people.

The first was the blue one that's said "Phantomhive" people wearing that uniform sat in the middle row.

People wearing the purple uniform saying "Trancy" sat on the left.

The third uniform was black and proper with an emblem saying "Dispatch Society"

What on earth does that mean?

I had no idea where to sit since my uniform wasn't black, purple, or blue, it also didn't have an emblem saying "Phantomhive" "Trancy" or "Dispatch Society". Instead it said "PREY" very creepy...with an emblem that seemed like a mixture of all the others....oh mother what did I get myself into? What do I do? Where do I sit?

I noticed a chair on the center of the stage that was white like my uniform...don't tell me I have to sit up there with everyone looking at me?!

Sure enough I think that's what I was supposed to do....I'm so embarrassed.

I try not to look too much at the crowd or the people and just go on stage and sit down. I have to face then but I don't need to look at them. I end up staring at the clock hanging on the back wall and hope I don't hear any strange remarks.

A women dressed in all red walls up onto the stage standing next to me like I'm not even there.

"Hello~ Students of Black Hearts Academy!~ I am your principal. Please call me 'Madame Red'"

She started to talk about how the school was divided into 3 groups to help the competition. If they had to be better than someone they'd probably put forth more effort into learning. She also went over other normal school rules and things but then she said something so weird...

"This year we have a rare type of student. One that didn't fit it into any of the divisions in our school all the way. I'd like you all to try and make her feel welcome. If at the end of the school year she finds one of your groups better than the other. That group will be known as the best of the others for as long as the school is running."

"We have to decide which of us is better by making an ugly hag fall for us?!" The blonde I met before yelled out.

"I do not approve of people yelling out. But yes. Don't you think that is more of a challenge? All of you have good grades and exceptional intellectual capacity. But you have never fallen in love. I feel this is the only way to truly decide which division is actually the best."

'Fallen in love' WAIT.......I didn't think that is what she meant! This principal is really starting to weird me out...

"Now I'll introduce the main teachers of this school."

3 men dressed in black walked out onto the stage. Each having a different emblem on their side.

"This one," she points to the first man with lovely black hair and red eyes, "is Mr. Michaelis. He is the teacher for you Phantomhives."

"This one," now she points to the next one with the same hair color but yellowish eyes and glasses, "is Mr. Faustus. teacher of the Trancys."

"Finally," not even bothering to point to the final one, who is also wearing glasses but is holding a long stick of some-sort, "is Mr. Spears."

"I want you all to treat each other with respect and enjoy your new life at Black Hearts Academy. There will be no classes today so get to know each other." She walks off the stage.

I am still sitting there dumbfounded when Mr. Michaelis comes over to me. "If you'd be so kind as to follow me Miss, I'll give you a rundown of your position." he smiles a smile that doesn't seem too genuine but I stand up and follow him anyway. He is really cute you know. It's hard to refuse such a face.

"Our school is divided into three groups as you overheard, The first is the Phantomhives. Their building is the one we are walking through right now,"

I look around and everything seems so royal. Like a count or an earl was living here in this building before.

"You will be switching buildings everyday since you do not have a division you are in. This building will be the first one you go to."

He shows me around the rest of the school and gives me a schedule and a map of what I have to do. As I am sitting in my room thinking about the current events of the day my roommate walks in.

"Oh, it's you? I am surprised they don't divide the dorms too....." I look up and see a girl with black untamed hair covering one of her eyes and a black uniform for a male student.

"Drecta?.....Drecta Fredricka?! I that really you?" I get off my bed and pull her into a hug. It's my long lost friend after all.

Well at least one good thing happened to me today. My best friend from a while back is my roommate in this interesting school!
