I woke up early and saw Drecta had already left. Not bothering to eat breakfast I left for my first day at the Phantomhive Division School Building.

Mr. Michaelis had already told me that he'd be my teacher when I was in this section of school. So I knew where to go. That made me very much relaxed.

I was the second person to arrive in Mr. Michaelis' room. The blue haired kid with the eye-patch I ran into yesterday was already sitting down at a desk. He didn't seem to notice me walk in.

"Ah, Miss Heartworthy. Your seat is next to Ciel," Mr. Michaelis pointed to the seat I was supposed to sit in.

"So his name is Ciel?" I thought. Noticing me for the first time Ciel's uncovered eye widened.

"Why're you sitting next to me?" he asked, a bit of annoyance in his voice.

"Because that is her assigned seat," Mr. Michaelis answered his question while writing something on the board.

"Why is she assigned to sit next to me?" he glared at the teacher.

"Principal's orders," he answered again. "The student with the highest grades is supposed to try and 'win-over' Miss Heartworthy." I could sense a bit of laughter in his voice.

"These two must be close...." I thought, not really paying attention to what he'd just said.

Ciel sighed and continued looking out the window.

~Time Skip: To Lunch~

The bell rang and it was time for lunch. My schedule didn't require me to move about the school to different classes, unless I wanted to...which I didn't. Mr. Michaelis was a good teacher. He was nice and cute too. Makes me wonder what the others are like...but I'll leave that to a different day.

I wandered the halls to find the cafeteria and when I walked in everyone turned to look at me. It was very brief though. I could hear the whispering of the jealous girls and the haters.

It's not like this hadn't happened to me at other schools, but there it was because of my hair...

I noticed Ciel sitting at a table in the corner alone. Still looking out the window. He had a tray of food in front of him, but I could tell he hadn't touched anything.

I walked over and sat across from him. He noticed me quickly this time and glared.

"Why're you sitting over here?"

"Because. You are the only person who'll talk to me besides teachers, besides aren't you lonely in the slightest?"

"No, now go away. I'll stop responding to you if that's why you're sitting here." frowning he continued staring out the window.

"Is there something interesting out there? or are you just bored?" I asked.

No response.

I frowned.

"Well you don't have to talk to me...but I'm not going away any time soon."

A loud noise came from the front of the cafeteria. I turned and saw a blonde man wearing white and goggles. It looked like he'd blown something up.

Ciel sighed, "That's the school's Culinary Arts/ Science teacher. Sir Bardroy. He also cooks the food they serve here. He isn't required to wear all black since he does most of the cooking."

"The cooking of the food you don't eat?"

"Trust me. If you had tasted it. You would know why."

I looked at my tray of food and took a bite. It was terrible. I guess that showed on my face because Ciel laughed. I looked up and saw he was smiling for the first time.

"So someone like you can smile too?" I mumbled.

He must've heard me because he looked away again slightly blushing this time.

"Is there any other teachers I should know about here?"

"Ms. Mey-Rin, Mr. Tanaka, Sir Pluto, and Sir Finnian. Those are the other popular ones. If you're lucky you won't ever get to meet them."

~Time Skip: After School~

I left the Phantomhive Division School Building and saw Mr. Faustus waiting for me. Like Mr. Michaelis did, he gave me a tour of the Trancy building. That was where I would be going next.

After that I headed back to my dorm. Drecta still wasn't there and it was pretty late so I just went to bed. Mr. Faustus wasn't as friendly as Mr. Michaelis, so tomorrow seemed like a terrible day awaiting me.
