Chapter four

Liam's POV

I can't believe what just happened, I am about to cry, I had no idea what such a bad effect this had on him, he just told that he lays awake at night terrified, and that his mom has nightmare's and fears for his safety.

When he told me this, my heart just sank to me feet and I felt sick to my stomach, I stood there in shock, as I watched him walk away, When he was out of sight, that's when I first felt a tear sliding out of my eye and down my check.

I just couldn't hear anything I couldn't see anything. I slowly walked backwards and sat down on the edge of the wall.

I couldn't go back into school not like this, I can't I will get so many questions and looks that I can't deal with right know, so I just stayed on the rooftop, hurt and sick to my stomach.

Joe's POV

As I finished talking I noticed that Liam hadn't said anything, and to be honest I didn't want him to.

I just walked off to the stairs and out through the door, and began to walk to my next class I wasn't bothered about my next class because Liam and his 'gang' wasn't in it, in fact I was looking forward to it only because its creative writing. I really like it because it allows me to express my feelings and experiences but using other people.

As I arrived at the classroom, I was still shaking with millions of things running through my head.

I noticed Caleb sitting at the back off the room, I walked through the crowd of people pushing my way past a few people until I finally reach Cal as I called him, Cal was my best friend in fact he is the only friend I have.

"Hey man" Cal shouted as he saw me approaching

"h-hey" I replied in a shaky voice

"Joe, mate what's happened"

"N-nothing, it's just Liam"

"Oh JoJo, you just go to ignore him" Cal said as he patted my back

"That's the thing though Cal I can't, especially when he just apologised to me" I stated as I took my seat, as class was about to begin.

Liam's POV

After sitting on the wall for a little while, trying to calm down, I had this sudden urge to go after Joe so that's what I I shot up from the wall and ran toward the doors.

When reached the doors to get back in to the school I pushed it open so fast it nearly flew off its hinges I was half way down the corridor before the door had even slammed shut again.

The bells rang loudly echoing down the halls, within seconds students were flooding out in to the hallways which was making it hard for me to run as I had to keep avoiding people.

After a minuet of running, I was finally running down the corridor Joe was on, when I reached the classroom I was heartbroken to see that the classroom was already empty.

I stood there for a minute and thought where he would be, the in suddenly clicked to me, he would be at his locker, putting all his things away or in the cafeteria getting his food luckily his locker was on the way to the cafeteria.

I took off running again by now the hallways had emptied again as everybody went for lunch.

As I approached Joe's locker I noticed he wasn't there, so I just continued running toward the cafeteria.

Once I had arrived I stopped running and stood near the doors scanning the room to trying sight Joe as I was doing this the 'gang' spotted me and called me over I reluctantly walked over to them trying to keep an eye out for Joe. As I arrived at the table I noticed that everybody had gone quite, so I turned to see what was happening and surly enough everybody had gone silent because Joe had walked in.

Without realising, I had opened my mouth and out came

"JOE" I shouted

Joe looked at me as well as everyone else, Joe ignored me and began to walk to the food counter.

"JOE WAIT" I shouted again as I ran to him and grabbed his shoulder

"Liam, don't you think you have done enough damage today?" Joe questioned

At that very moment, out of nowhere somebody ran past you knocking Joe over I reached out to grab him before he hit the floor but instead I ended up falling on top of him, I could feel his light deep breathing on my lips.

'come on Liam kiss him, now is your chance' I thought to myself

I began to lean down, Joe didn't react at all. I could feel are hearts beating fast I thought they might burst as I got closer I shut my eyes and was about to kiss him. When I realised Lilly standing there....

But what was she going to do?
