It seems like lately you just don't pick up your phone
I'll leave you a message but you never reply
I used to wait for you but now I don't even try

I laid in bed and thought of us for a while
And just the thought is enough to make me smile
But I thought to long and the feelings are gone
So now I'm up late at night and singing this song

But don't worry about me I should be fine
This feeling has become a close friend of mine
You left me for months and got no reply
So I guess this is your way of saying goodbye
