Holding onto myself
Used and abandoned
With nobody left
I trusted you my happiness
My innocence and care
Instead you left me broken
Tattered and teared
I cry to myself cause
I'll never be the same
Knowing I'll have to live
With this closeted shame
I can't love anyone
Without fear of being used
I still don't understand
Why I keep giving myself abuse
You took away my confidence
You shattered my pride
You left there abandoned
With a burning left inside
Now my heart won't know true love
Cause I can't let anyone close
And i don't know when I'll ever let
