"Sup, Nate." Chris greets as she sits down in-front of Nate, who is trying his best to not be awkward. She has a sly smile spread across her face, Nate knows why she came to talk.
"Hey." Nate replies shyly.
Chris leans in as if she is going to whisper a secret to him and says "I hear you have a little crush on Mel." She doesnt break eye contact and her smile remains on her face.
"Yeah, Morgan told you, I know—"
"Actually I figured it out myself." Chris interrupts, catching him off guard. "When you guys first met you blushed so much it was just obvious." She continues, "And yesterday Morgan told me that you liked her for a while. Besides people like you are easy to read. So I'm offering some help to ask her out."
Nate turns brick red, from embarrassment. He is a little surprised that Morgan and Chris have been discussing this from before. Welp, life's just unpredictable sometimes. Nate thinks to himself, shrugging off the surprise.
"Anyways so I'm gonna help you ask her out." She begins.
After half an hour of Chris explaining how to ask out girls, the two of them get up to go to their next class. And Nate is feeling more confident about asking Melody out.
