"I hear the birds on the summer breeze, I drive fast
I am alone in the night
Been trying hard not to get into trouble, but I
I've got a war in my mind"Anna stood at the door, a bottle of champagne and a wooden bowl with strawberries in her hand, a sweet smile on her face.
"Steve! Eddie" she called, to see the boys who greeted her at the door. "Thank you for having me over" she smiled, as they let her in the house.
"Our pleasure" Steve smiled at her, winking at Eddie before closing the door after she entered.
For the next few minutes Angie hadn't heard the group, only far chatter of them moving around the house, from room to room, she imagined they were showing Anna around. After a while, their chatter got closer, and Angie could clearly hear what they were saying now.
"I love this house, it's so welcoming" she heard Anna's laugh, it made her roll her eyes, even though this was her first thought when she entered the beach house for the first time. She got locked in her thoughts again, but she didn't have much time to do so, as the five were already in the entrance of the kitchen.
"Angie. Hey!" Anna smiled at her. Angie turned around, a very fake smile on her lips. Anna looked better then last time, more prepared. Angie could have sworn they have identical haircuts now, which they definitely didn't have last time.
"It's Angelina" Angie said, smiling at her sweetly. Steve shot a confused look in her direction, and Anna looked thrown back, but chose to ignore the comment.
"I brought strawberries!" Anna said, breaking the awkward tension that surrounded the room, and placing the bottle and bowl on the table, the boys ran towards it, sitting around the table and putting the strawberries in their mouths immediately, Robin and Vickie after them.
Steve let out a moan when he put the strawberry in his lips, Angie giggled with his sound, walking back to the table and placing a soft kiss on the top of his head, trying her best to keep distance from Anna, which was extremely difficult given she was sitting right besides Steve.
"These are fucking amazing" Steve groaned, around the time he put his fifth strawberry in his mouth. Angie tasted a strawberry, sitting down beside Steve. And they really were probably the best she's eaten, but she wasn't planning on admitting that anytime soon.
"Yeah fuck where'd you get em?" Eddie called, in between bites, his mouth full of red.
"I grow them myself, I have a garden" Anna said proudly. Robin and Vickie raised their eyebrows at her in surprise. "I once had to keep the garden of my neighbour for two weeks, it was all completely dry when he came back" Robin mumbled, taking another strawberry and eating it right after.
"Not very surprised" Steve smirked, getting another strawberry. Anna laughed at what he said, even though it was probably the least funny thing someone had said in the past hour.
"Shut it, Harrington" Robin called over the table, "want me to tell them how you burnet your own hair while working at a ice cream shop?" She dared back, Steve's eyes widening as he was about to call back to her but he just bit into a very very soft strawberry.
"Oh fuck" Steve mumbled, as strawberry juice was spilling lightly out of his lip, drawing a pinkish line on his chin.
Anna quickly reached to him, giggling as she passed her thumb across his bottom lip, cleaning the juice off of it, before entering her thumb into her mouth, licking off the strawberry juice.
Angie's eyes widened in confusion from what was going on, her mouth slightly opening. She turned around to the group, to see absolutely non of them found it weird, neither did Steve, who was chatting with Anna now about her garden.
