To None
Asked the child who she belonged to
"To none but myself,
I am the master of my mind,
Body and soul"
She replied."You?"
"I am an adult, have a home,
Go back to yours.""No bound, I fly high.
Parents my guide.
But I am my leader
Leading to my future, the bright. This is my home, the Earth.
And I, an earthling,
That is the identity
I live with.Trees, my friends
Animals, my mates
And Earth, my home
But Humans became my enemy."Throughout years destructive natured,
Crumpled lives.
We say-
"Bow to none,
Finest artwork of almighty!"Pride, the 'sibyl'
Showing greatest of all demise.
Lust and anger
The 'sensei' of the greatest demolition. We still 'thrive'.
"So, whom do you belong to?"
"The Earth" I acknowledged, simpering.
