Dark, oh spectacular dark night,
Bathing me with happiness
Upon watching you shine
Inspiration, it's you!
Remembering to remain bright even
In difficult times
A lesson taught by you.
Dark, oh spectacular dark night,
How grateful I am,
For the shelter under your supervision
A comfort zone.
Hold my hands, show me the way
To fall from the throne and still
Smile away.
Dark, oh how you taught me optimism
