"How could I forget something like that!?"
"Lix, you were hurting and he comforted you, it's not like you guys kissed." Jisung said hopping on his counter.
"You didn't kiss him right?" Minho questioned, as he handed Jisung a bowl of ice cream.
"No, he and I didn't kiss." Felix said, taking his own bowl of ice cream from his brother.
"Then you did nothing wrong." Minho stated.
"Yes, I did. I had a break down in front of a patient."
"You had a break down in front of someone you have known for 7+ years and who is more of a friend than a patient." Jisung countered.
"I still... It just..." Felix groaned a shoved a spoon full of ice cream in his mouth.
"Lix, is there something more?" Minho asked.
Felix sighed and played with the ring on his finger.
"I have...a small crush on Hyunjin."
Minho and Jisung both made a face and Felix groaned.
"Okay, ethically and technically morally speaking that isn't good. Ethically, your feelings can cloud your judgement. Morally, he has a fiancée." Minho said.
"Yeah, I already thought of those things..." Felix sighed.
No Matter how much Felix wanted his mind to just shut up and leave him alone, he just kept going in circles.
Going through his mail when he got home, his eyes caught one particular letter.
Princeton teaching hospital...
"I'll give an answer by the end of this week." Felix said.
"Felix, take your time with it." Yoongi stated.
"Okay... Today, I'm just going to work in the clinic, I already told Chaeyoung, Wooyoung, and Seungmin."
"What about Mr Hwang?"
"Chaeyoung is taking over since she only has to check on him a few times then discharge him around noon." Felix explained.
"Alright. Remember, if you need anything tell me." Yoongi said.
"Thank you, Yoongi."
Felix sighed and left the room. He just needed to think.
"Hi, hi, came to check on you guys." Chaeyoung said walking into the room.
"Felix isn't in?" Karina asked stretching.
"Ah, he is here, but he is on clinic today, so I will be the one discharging Hyunjin." Chaeyoung explained.
Hyunjin stirred and let out a groan.
"Dr Son, what are you doing here?" Hyunjin muttered.
"I am your doctor today. Felix had to do clinic duty today. Uhm, doctors are required to complete a certain amount of clinic hours a week and because today is bit of a slower day regarding Felix's patients he is completing his today, so he will be there all day." Chaeyoung explained.
"Oh, so he won't be here the whole day..."
Chaeyoung shook her head.
Hyunjin let out a small okay.
Felix sighed as he went to his office.
He left his pager and he needed it just in case.
Picking the device off his desk, his eyes caught the paper he read the night prior.
Sitting down on his chair, he picked it up and read it again.
Dear Doctor Felix Lee,
this is the Dean of medicine from Princeton teaching hospital in Princeton, New Jersey. I would like to formally offer you a position as Head of our Pediatric department. If you could please get back to us with your answer we would be very grateful.

Setting the paper down Felix sighed once again.
