"Her sugars are fine..." Bahiyyih said.
"Yeah, that is what is worrying me. Her brain is fine, her sugar is fine, which means it is something with her heart..." Felix sighed.
Felix blinked a couple times things getting brighter than before.
"Uhm..."
"Felix...? Lix?..."
-Y'all thought the drama was over-
The sound of beeping filled his hearing, as the lights blinded him.
"Lix?"
Felix groaned and turned his head.
"Jisung?"
The squirrel-like male let out a breath.
"You've been in a coma for a week!" Jisung said, pressing the doctor button.
"What? What do you mean? What happened?"
"Felix, you were in a car accident... You were on your way to see your dad after Minho called you, and I guess Lisa called you to tell you about Hyunjin and him being in the hospital, then the accident happened."
"Hyunjin... Is he okay?"
"Lix... He... When he found out about your car accident... The stress was too much and he is in a coma... He has brain activity... It even spiked at one point, but Lisa isn't sure if he'll wake up."
Felix sucked in a harsh breath. Pulling wires off, he tried sitting up.
"Stop, what are you doing? You need to rest."
"What I need is to go see him, Jisung. What I need is for you to not stop me..."
"Felix, I understand that you care for him and that you have some time of crush on him, but you need to think of yourself." Jisung stated.
"Jisung, I love him. I have been in love with him since I was sixteen. So you have two options either, help me or get out of my damn way." Felix said.
"At least let Minho check you over." Jisung sighed.
"Besides the small pain in my shoulder I am fine." Felix stated finally sitting up.
"Felix, stop."
Felix groaned. "Why?"
"Look at my hand." Jisung stated.
Felix looked at the older's hand and his breath caught in his throat.
"How bad was my accident.?"
"You got an incomplete spinal cord injury." Jisung told him.
"If it was only a incomplete one why can I not feel you touching my leg?"
Before Felix could panic further Jisung pinched his leg.
"Ow!"
"You can... Just very little..."
Felix sighed.
"Let Minho look you over once and if he sees nothing wrong besides your legs, we can discharge you." Jisung stated.
"Fine..." Felix muttered.
Hours later tests were done.
"Besides your legs and broken arm, everything is technically fine..." Minho said.
"So can I be discharged.?"
"I rather not."
"Min, I'm going to be in the hospital, you can everyone watch me if you'd like."
"Fine. I'll discharge you. Jisung brought you some clothes to change into." Minho stated
"Min, I love you but I have very limited movement in my lower body." Felix said.
"You know, last time I dressed you, you were five." Minho teased.
Felix rolled his eyes playfully, but his smile soon fell.
"Is it true what Hsiung said about Hyunjin?" Felix questioned.
Minho pursed his lips.
"He went into an emergency surgery for his heart. They had to open him up... I don't know the full details, but something happened with his brain and it caused the coma, so Lisa nor Namjoon are sure when or if he'll wake up."
"This is my fault..."
Minho shook his head and sat on the bed next to Felix.
"They had to replace the pacemaker because it was already failing. The stress of him finding out about your accident could have pushed him over the edge, but he came in because his pacemaker was failing."
Felix shook his head. "That can't be right. His pacemaker was perfect before I left. The wires, the battery, everything. Did he have another electrosurgery?"
"No, according to his charts he's had no surgeries..."
"And what do Lisa's papers say?"
"I'm not sure, Felix why is this relevant?" Minho asked.
"Because if Lisa's papers say that his pacemaker was working fine, then something happened and no one said anything." Felix stated.
"You just woke up and you are already back in doctor mode..." Minho muttered.
"Yeah... When it comes to people I care about I don't mess around."
"Mm, let's get you in different clothes, then I'll take you to see him." Minho stated.
Felix gave the older a smile.
To be honest he was dreading see Hyunjin.
