Chapter 20

I walked to Lexie's house, all packed for the "vacation." I felt so bad doing this. But I had to.

I knocked on the door and Lexie answered. "Ari!!!!!!" She exclaimed, hugging me. "Hey Lex!" I said hugging her. 

"Are you ready for the vacation?" She asked, bringing me into the living room.
"Of course! It'll be so fun!" I smiled.

Her parents greeted me and loaded my bags & their bags into the car. It was a 10 minute drive to the airport and then we had to board the flight to Florida.

Once we finally arrived, we met up with her family at the hotel. All of our rooms were close.

Night finally fell, and all the adults went out to a bar. There were 3 young cousins and they were all down at the pool. Lexi fell asleep so I was all alone in the hotel room.

I crept over to the presidents room. I saw his laptop open and quickly checked the documents. I scrolled through and saw Nathan and his buddies.

It had a lot of bad things on it that they did. I deleted all the bad things they did. There was nothing bad on there anymore.

Step one was done. Now, all I had to do was steal... 10,000 dollars. I crept over to the bed and checked for a wallet. I couldn't find one. Finally, I found one in the nightstand.

It had the presidents license and I saw a check for 1,000 dollars. There was about 100 of those. I grabbed 10 and stuffed it into my bag. I tiptoed back into our hotel room and saw Lexie sleeping still.

I collapsed on my bed and sighed. This criminal stuff was stupid.
