I stood there staring at the stranger I didn't know who he was but my dad did I'm guessing he does because he said his name the stranger shut the door and came into the office a little bit more I looked down at my dad for any clue who this guy is but I got nothing

"it's been years my friend how have you been" he had a smile on his face it wasn't threatening it was more like 'it's been too long since I last seen you' "your back what are you doing back I thought" dad could've put a sentence together right now I think he's into much of a shock to see this guy "I felt something was off down here I couldn't tell if it was good or bad I just knew I had to come down here to figure it out myself" I kept looking between my dad and him to try and figure out who this guy is

I clear my throat and stood up straight no longer leaning on the chair "this is fun and all but I have one question who is he" I pointed at the guy while looking at dad

dad finally looked at me and cleared his throat "right this is my friend Hroiki I have known him for years he want to do the mountains a couple years ago" my dad looked back at Hroiki I believe he said his name was "if I remember correctly it was to clear your head" Hroiki sat on the couch "that's right I want to clear my head for a little bit but then I felt something was off around here like I said I didn't know if it's good or bad so I came"

Dad got up and walked over to the other couch facing him he padded the cushion of the couch next to him to tell me to come sit I went over A little bit nervous but sat next to dad still not knowing who this guy is

"so Silco if you don't mind me asking who is that next to you she look familiar but I can't put a finger on it" he still had a smile on his face a kind one "you remember my daughter right" dad lit a cigar and put it up to his mouth "yeah of course litter (y/n) I remember seeing her sleeping whenever I came to visit her she was always so cute she looked almost exactly like you and you told me story of how she acted like you too and how smart she was it's a shame though what happened to your wife and her on the bridge I understand that you were her father and everything and that you made me her godfather I wish that I could've seen her though and actually get to know her" he sounded happy at the beginning but his tone
turned sad once he started talking about the incident on the bridge dad started to chuckle as he put out the cigar "well you can get to know her now" the guy was confused until dad pointed to me "this is my daughter (y/n) she survived and we found each other again" he looked surprised Hroiki stood up immediately and looked at me up and down "well I'll be litter (y/n) you are a tough one if you manage to survive that" he started to chuckle as I sat there "kind of like your father" he sat back down on the couch getting comfy again

"yeah the only reason why I survived was because the ruler of Piltover my adopted mother took me in" I started to rub the back of my neck as I looked away from him "I see well at least your alive what about your mother" I looked down with a sad smile on "she's gone she died on the bridge so did my 'stepfather'" I made some quotation marks as I said stepfather "I ran over to Piltover I thought I was running back to Zaun but apparently I wasn't I got shot in the leg and Mel my adopted mother took me in and raised me" I let out a small giggle as I look back at Hroiki "I found out a few days ago that dad was alive but everyone that I know thought he kidnapped me when they found out that I was with him so we had to explain to almost everyone that I know him and he's my father and that he didn't kidnap me" I calm myself down from laughing

"Well it sounds like you had an exciting life then do you mind tell me more" he walked over and sat down next to me "what has been happening" I looked over at dad and he just gave me a nod saying I could trust him "well I guess I could start with that I'm one of the smartest people in Piltover I can design almost any weapon or bomb and I know how to use them" I could tell that he was impressed but I kept going "let's see here what else I'm engaged to my girlfriend of four years and we started to plan the wedding she's only one year younger than me" I looked over to him to see if he was surprised "well I guess you've been busy then anything else" I thought about it for a moment and then remembered

"oh yeah I have created peace between Piltover and Zaun" I close my eyes as I said that with a smile on my face when I opened my eyes to see his jaw was wide open "did I break him" I leaned over and whispered to dad and he just shook his head "no you didn't break him sweetheart he's just in shock" I look back over at Hroiki to see him shaking his head "that's must been what I felt because there was never peace between Piltover and Zaun I must've felt the change" he looked happy to say the least

I stress my arms up as I laid my head on dad shoulder "Why don't you head back to the spare bedroom I showed you earlier and get some sleep" I open my eyes a little to give dad a smile and nod "you can talk to each other tomorrow right now me and Hroiki need to get caught up" I sent dad smile as I got up offer the couch and walked over to the door

"good night love you dad" I open the door to exit the room but before I could I heard my dad's voice "Love you too baby girl now get some sleep you need it" I close the door behind me

and made it to the extra bedroom I went into the room and flopped down on the bed getting comfortable and closing my eyes to get some sleep
