Chapter Ten
Billy's Calls

-˚ʚ♡ɞ˚-

I WOKE UP the next morning in the same position as yesterday. I take my head off Billy's shoulder and look up. "Good morning." Billy says and I smile. "Morning." I say back and look at the other boys watching something. "What's happening?" I ask and Billy shrugs. "I woke up a few minutes ago. I nod and we look back at the boys.

"Oh shit." Robin says and the four turn around to us. "What?" I ask and Griffin points at the door. It clicked in my mind after a few seconds. "He didn't lock it did he?" Billy says thinking for me and they all shake their heads. "I got it." He says and grabs the phone. Finney runs over to it.

B - "Don't go upstairs"

F - "Why not?"

B- "it's a trap"

F - "Are you… Are you Bruce?"

B - "who's Bruce?"

F - Uh, I was just talking to Bruce"

B - "I don't know a Bruce"

F - "Did you play soccer? Football?"

B - "I delivered Newspapers"

F - Billy. Your Billy Showalter."

B - "Maybe"

F - "No your Billy."

B - "Do not... Go upstairs."

F - "What's he doing?"

B - "He’s waiting… on the other side with that fucking belt. He didn’t say you can leave, so if you try, he’ll punish you. He’ll beat you with that belt until you pass out. It hurts, kid. It hurts real bad. You’ll cry. You’ll beg him to stop. We all did. But he just keeps beating you."

Billy hangs up the phone. I was lying if I didn't think that was hot. He was paler than before. I had definitely been staring. Robin saw and he smirked. Vance rolled his eyes, while Griffen and Bruce made fun of me.

"Want to tell us something V?" Griffin says smirking. I go red. "I- uh- no." I stutter and they start laughing. "Billy didn't even see and he knows!" Robin said dying. I lean back onto my back and groan. "I hate it here." I say and they keep on laughing. "Sure you do." Vance said and winked at me

"Is he dumb?" Billy says and watches Finney walk up the stairs. "Deaf too." Griffin says.

Billy picks up the phone and Finney runs back down to it.

B - "You said my name was Billy."

F - "Billy Showalter."

B - "I don’t remember it. It’s not who I am now."

F - "What do you want me to call you, then?"

B - "I told you. I was a paperboy."

F - "Okay Paperboy."

B - "See the wall in front of you? See how the wall is separated from the floor?"

F - "Yeah"

B - "I tore a long cable loose from down there.
I kept it hidden."

F - "What am I supposed to do with that?"

Billy points to the bottle and I go to spin it. I made sure it landed at the window and Billy gave me a thumbs up. I walk over to him and hug him from behind.

He hangs up and turns around and grabs my hands. "So what were you doing earlier?" Billy asked me and smirked. "Nothing." I say and hide my blush. "I like you too, you know." He says and I look up. "Really?" I say and he nods. "Ever since the day at the park." He says and I smile thinking back to the day we met. I grab his shirt so he's down at my level and I kiss him. He grabs my waist as we have a soft kiss.

"Could you two not suck faces where everyone can see?" Vance says and I laugh. I pull Billy into the bathroom and pull him into another kiss. "Oh shit now their gonna fuck thanks Vance." Robin says and I laugh. "Not my fault there is like a child here." He says. "I am 13! You guys are 1 year older besides Vance who is like an adult." Griffin says making them laugh. "I am 15 dipshit not an adult." Vance yells back making everyone laugh.

"Valerie will you be my girlfriend?" Billy asks and I smile. "Yes!" I yell and hug him. The door opens and Griffin, Vance, Robin, and Bruce fall in. "Oh shit." Bruce says as he see's the two of us hugging. "I hate all of you." Billy says as they all laugh.
